I have mixed feelings about Trulieve and this location... first of all , everything aside the best customer service I ever had in this store is from MJ he has lots of very good knowledge that he shared with me and my bf , he took his time to explain us the different types of concentrates,explain us the consistency and he also explained the different feeling of strains which is dope because that's very helpful when you want see what type of medicine fits for you. Wanted to add also Nick also always provides me with amazing customer service every time I come to this location! Really good vibes from Mj and Nick Ok ...so Trulieve is like years old I don't understand why they can't get ahold of their inventory... it's so unorganized and unprofessional You know how many many times I drive to a certain store because a specific strain I want says it's in stock and they don't have it at all It's sometimes a waste of time because basically you can go somewhere else and buy the stuff you want instead of just shrugging just shoulders and calling it a day. If I could leave -5 stars, I would. This is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had at this location. I gave this place a second chance after a bad experience with one of the employees, and today it was even worse. The woman helping me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. She spoke with attitude, was irritated when I asked to see an item, and refused to provide her name when I asked. Instead of helping me or recommending products, she rushed me and kept saying they didn't have anything for $15, even though I came prepared to spend over $150 because I just renewed my card. The service was loud, careless, and rude. If management reads this: your staff needs serious training. This location keeps losing customers because of the way your employees talk down to people. Trulieve is a joke. I have my MJ card 2 weeks and not only visited Davie store but place 6 orders for delivery. Every single one had a financial mistake in TL's favor which they reconciled but I had to catch it! Every order was delivered either 1, 2 or 3 days later than promised. Kim Rivers should hire me to straighten things out so she could give customers better pricing or even make even more money but surely not managed well now. She has 3 days of money pending on the delivery and costing her plenty of profits in poor cash flow. read more

They never have what they advertise on their site. I was recently refused service after arriving before closing even though I had already checked in online. Their excuse they cannot dispense product 15 minutes before they close??? I have had many experiences where they did not have what was advertised, only to drive 45 min and get nothing. I use to go to the Trulieve by Dadeland mall because it's closer to me, but one day I was telling a friend how they barely have anything in stock. So whatever, he recommends me to the "Trulieve by the airport" and I went. Ever since that day I have never been back to Dadeland mall, here they treat you like family. It may not be so big like the one in Dadeland or that close but it's definitely worth the drive!!! I love seeing everyone when I go, Sharon is amazing she is super cool and very caring. Then!!!!!!!
