The employee said the regulator needed cleaning and did so right then. I contacted the corporate office and they stated it was user issue that my blankets were ruined (Label states dry on Low, so dryer on LOW.) They were 90+ % scorched and had black burn marks on them. I offered to meet with them and show them the scorched blankets and inspect them and then burnt dryer sheets. They sent me an email stating it was an "user issue" and I would not be compensated and the machine was not broken. I had told them that the machine had certainly malfunctioned. They did not agree. I will not do laundry here again and tell anyone I speak with and know to do exactly the same. Such a shame.

Later that day, I unfortunately had an accident on a silk blouse I planned to wear, so we made a second trip to the cleaners. The moment we went through the drive-through, Katrina immediately started teasing my husband about what he forgot, and we all shared some laughs. During our conversation, she also shared a story about how she and her husband helped someone who was going through a difficult time.
