It is a block away from the Wynwood Marketplace. The 260 Sample Sale sells top designers at discounts of up to 90 percent off. When you enter they take your bags and give you a ticket. There were racks of clothing that included dresses, tops, pants, skirts, swimwear and jackets. They also had some bags and hats. They have a dressing room area where you can try on. On the day I visited they were selling Eberjey, a luxury brand that makes intimate apparel, loungewear and swimwear and Alpha Style, who sells contemporary streetwear. Prices were deeply discounted with an additional sale of 10 percent off for one item, 15 percent off for two items, and three items and more were 20 percent off. They had a lot of small and extra small but not very much in my size. You can follow them on social media like Instagram to see what they are currently selling. New sales launch weekly, Tuesday through Sunday. I don't pay attention to most designer brands but if I saw something cute and the price was right I would buy it. I guess it is hit or miss and it was a miss for me today but I would stop back in again if I was in Wynwood.

Inside are rows of racks in a semi-organized fashion (by the time I got in). I grab all the things I want to try. Pretty normal shopping experience up until this point. Then comes the dressing room. It's one big room that a certain amount of people can go into at a time, all girls. Only 10 minutes to try everything on before the next group goes in. Didn't love that part but still got a nice dress. Did like being able to ask the other girls for their opinions on what to buy.

From shoes like my beloved Inkkas (that I've never seen in stores before), to cute clothing including swimsuits for both men and women, watches like WeWood, awesome bags, and pretty jewelry, it feels good knowing that your purchase is supporting local craftsman and small businesses all around the world. I think their website says it best: Nomad Tribe is an ethical fashion marketplace for all brands that are about creating a positive social impact while making beautiful fashion statements. You'll discover some awesome brands you never knew existed. The guy working there was super friendly and willing to tell me all about them and their impact on the world. Located in the heart of Wynwood, practically across the street from Panther Coffee and Coyo Taco, it's definitely worth a look-see!

Anyway, they gave me a bougie boutique experience! My husband and mother were with me - Jenny and Carin made room for them to sit and wait while I shopped...which removed any pressure for me to hurry through browsing (smart thinking ladies!!). Instead of professional service, I was met with strange behavior and an overall weird vibe. She eventually recommended I go to "Rebag", which was the one helpful part of the visit. Had a really nice time, they seem like really great people with a fun backstory if you ask about them. The business is features fashion and design. I'd say the bar is the smaller of the three aspects of the location. It's fun to look at the various sorts of clothing offered at the location, they bring in some interesting designers so the selection is pretty varied. The bar also offers a couple leather couches to relax on which are comfortable and nice way to relax from all the walking that is common around Wynwood. I wasn't able to stay too long, but one last thing I noticed was a DJ spin table on the bar, so I'd imagine this place has the potential to get really fun at night once they are more established.
