Ismael was knowledgeable and truly seemed to want the best for us when it came to photos and appearance on the day-of. Furthermore, I & A was able to help my dad! He traveled in from out of town just to realize he forgot his suit on the west coast! Ismael mentioned on our first visit that if such incident occurred, he could help. Sure enough, day before the wedding, my husband brought my dad to the shop and not only did they leave with my husbands perfectly tailored suit, but also a perfect rental for my dad. Such a life saver! It's a small shop and I'd advise patience and an open-mind for suggestions but we were incredibly pleased and appreciated the service and expertise.

Just called into to see if I could bring my fiance and father who is visiting in town to see the tuxedos for our 300 person wedding on Biscayne Bay, The woman who answered the phone was absolutely unpleasant and said, "You can come in and see what we have but we wont be doing any fittings today, you are far too early for a wedding in January." You see the problem is my elderly father is over 80 years old and does not live here, so I asked her if we could at least try styles on. She said, "No we dont offer that kind of service." So I replied to her, then we definitely won't be coming for your kind of business. This woman was the rudest, most impolite ill-mannered low class woman I have ever spoken to, and I have run a successful retail high end products company for 25 years and spending over $300,000 on our wedding. She acted like she was too good to talk to me. To be treated like that over the phone, I can't imagine what the real service is like. Explained that I needed them for a wedding. Was promised for today for $220 Went and THANK GOD tried everything on, NOT ONE PIECE was altered correctly. The most important dress even had the mark where it was supposed to be cut and had NOTHING DONE to it. The other dress was cut shorter than supposed, nothing done to a skirt and the third dress was cut shorter on the back that the front, so I lost the $300 I paid for it. Had to leave everything there again and not even an apology. Went back and they ruined three dresses one is now shorter on back, the other too short and the other has an uneven front opening. Lost $600 in dresses and they were rude about it!!! Do not go ever!

But I reached out to the store and they made it right... sent the other two items UPS next day and even sent me 2 extra treats... I was soooo happy that the store came through for me!
