I am a very busy graphics business that uses this B2Sign regularly. Since they only use Fed-X and put a disclaimer on their website to add days to the ship time, they think that is enough to warn their clients but this is the ONLY company that I have dealt with over COVID that REGULARLY has problems with delivery and they continue to only use Fed-X. It's funny because we aren't having issues with Fed-X, only when it comes to B2. Twice I have had to reprint jobs that when given more than enough time for them to produce and ship, still haven't arrived on time. They don't seem to care and they place all the blame on Fed-X and then will only refund 1/2 of the shipping cost and none of the print cost when the job doesn't arrive on time. So if you can wait a month and you are not worried about deadlines....this is the company to use. If you care about where to place your business and not have to hold your breath hoping that it arrives in time for your event.... go elsewhere. read more

I have to say I am pretty disappointed. I have used this company for years and have been more than satisfied. Recently the customer services is extremely lacking. The pricing is great, but you definitely get what you pay for on the customer services side. They made me feel like they were doing me a huge favor due to missing a cutoff by literally 2 mins when there was a major upload problem. Their excuse was that its all automated and they cant help me. Then after it was too late they then and only then explained the issue so I was able to fix the upload. I started doing business with them more than two years ago, and except for a few minor glitches, which the company quickly resolved to my satisfaction, I have had only good experiences with them. In particular, Ryan, one of the managers, has provided custom handling on some of my orders to help me meet the specific requirements of certain clients. **Edit/Update** After leaving several bad reviews and negative feedback on their page, I was finally contacted by an upper level manager who was very friendly, professional and helpful. She worked to resolve the issue and offered a reprint of my order. We are very pleased with the resolve and hope this was an isolated incident and that we can continue to work with B2Signs. We are still a bit leary given all the bad reviews but knowing how they operate with their automated system will hopefully shed a little light on how to work with them in the future. Again, we are happy with the resolve and hope going forward, to have a better experience in the future. Bad customer service. My fiance attempted to order from them and had some difficulty with their templates. He reached out to them via their live chat system and dealt with a very rude person who was of no help to him in the process. After several attempts at trying to get assistance from them, they basically told him sorry he was having problems and since he couldn't figure it out maybe he should just go somewhere else. He asked to speak with a manager and was told the same thing. I was able to resolve the problems he was having with his artwork and we placed the order for a table throw. Originally it had been rejected twice because he had left the template lettering in place. I deleted all of it but in the instructions it said it was okay to leave the dotted lines from the template. We sent the art work in again and it was approved and accepted. 5 days later we got our table throw and they had printed their template lines on to our product. Once again we got in touch with them via live chat. The first person we spoke to, Paula, was very rude and told us it was our fault but that she would have a manager call us. Never got a call. Contacted them again via live chat and got someone else that was nice and more apologetic and said she would have a manager contact us. A manager finally contacted us over the phone and said there was nothing he could do about it. And refused to redo the table throw or even offer a discount. They were adamant that it was our fault and not theirs even though they rejected previous artwork with template wording on it and then approved the one with the template lines. Fool me once shame on me.. Fool me twice shame on you.. Well it has happened again.. I have been dealing with B2 for many years and as they have grown the customer service has suffered. When they were small when a mistake was made it was remedied. Now if a mistake is made they put it off so long that you will move on. I am moving on and using other printers like signs365.com. We all make mistakes and how you handle speaks volumes about your business acumen. I ordered 10 signs that were printed incorrectly. They Came out Black not Navy. I was told that we sent in the incorrect color saturation. Wrong. We reviewed the color saturation and spoke to a supervisor who confirmed that the file was correct. I was told that I would be getting a call back. That was last week ... No Call. I called back yesterday and was told that I would be getting a call. No call no Email... When the work is done right., they do a good job, but when they mess it up.. Forget about your problem getting fixed. If you are counting on them for customer support, forget it.. Too Bad. As soon as I can find a better fabric printer ... I am out... Originally I gave B2 sign a very bad rating. I continue to do business with them because they have great prices and since our problem have made amends. They have done the right thing. They reached out to me with a new person in charge of customer issues. This really impressed me in that they were concerned that I had an issue and they wanted to make sure it was resolved. Like many businesses there are growing pains, and this was no different. They made sure they got in contact with me so that if there are problems, someone would be there to assist and address the situation. Now lets talk about the backdrop banners that they offer and table covers. The best and the best price. I must say. The table cloths that I have purchased keep their color and my customers are happy. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their prices are so low I keep coming back and always regret it. The lack of any quality control always turns ordering from them into a huge drama. Two of my last three orders from them have had to be reprinted which they do not do easily, even when it's obviously their fault. B2 sign makes me look bad to my clients - it's rare that a project printed by them is delivered in a timely manner. I would not recommend using them unless you have at least a two week turnaround and do not use them for high value orders they won't refund your money even if they make a mistake (one time - this was years ago, for the record - i cancelled a $600 order and their inept customer service department didn't cancel it and they wouldn't refund my money it was terrible). read more

I have done over 400 orders with this company and always had great service and products. Unfortunately, since they have expanded their business their customer service has gone down the drain. The CSR's don't care or take responsibility when they screw up and the Manager, Ryan basically will do the bare minimum to fix said problem. I'm left with angry and frustrated customers who just want their jobs completed when they are promised. I am literally having to jump through hoops, tracking packages, putting holds on them at the FedEx location hub, rerouting a driver to then pickup a package tomorrow at said FedEx hub to then drive 2 hours to get it to my customers trade show. That's customer service! Mind you this package was upgraded to 2nd day air after art issues arose after the 4pm deadline. I made it clear that I had to have said order by today (in writing!) and was told I had to upgrade my shipping for it to arrive today. I quickly responded and paid the expedited fee for it to be here today. It won't be here. They won't reprint and ship it overnight today to arrive on time. Sorry, not sorry. I was offered money back for upgraded shipping. Thanks Ryan, my customer doesn't really care about that! Do what you say! Follow through with what is promised. If you mess up, own it and fix it. Telling me I can just cancel my order and get a refund....how does that help my customer once again? Absolutely worst customer service out there and this is not the first time I've had to deal with issues, but I figured it might be helpful to let others know - if you need a package on a specific deadline - you might use someone else. You may end up upsetting your customer and be left completely unsatisfied and beyond frustrated. I don't appreciate being talked to like you could care less about my business after spending thousands of dollars with your company. Maybe offer your managers and CSR's a training class on professionalism and allow for orders to be expedited when you mess up. Product is cheap and good but it's not worth losing a customer when they don't do their job. Especially when they could care less about THEIR CUSTOMERS! Beyond livid. read more

They shot down the production for few days so they can move. I was ok with that, and i wanted to cancel my order since my customer can not wait that long and we can print the banners in house. They told me order is printed, but they can not ship it till 4 days later, and they can not cancel the order. They gave me no options but to stop ordering from them and give them negative review. Why would you print the order and not ship it?!?!? So i needed to upgrade the shipping to 2 day air additional $83.10 so my client will have it in time! Horrible company in every way! read more

I have used B2Signs for so many things I can't even count! I have done a TON of banners, table throws, and other signs through them. The other day Tamara called me and wanted to know how I felt about their customer service, and as a Print Shop Owner I told her that I have been VERY happy with them every single time! My print shop is part of a franchise and as far as I know, every other franchise owner is EXTREMELY happy as well! Tamara was so pleasant to chat with on the phone!!!! I explained to her that the only minor issue I had was that they recently had a massive price increase on their Coroplast signs and she said that she would make sure that the message was passed on so that the issue could be reviewed by management. We have had canvas prints made from them prior to this time and they were not to bad except for the scuffs on the edges. The packaging is also an issue as well. This time we received our prints and they looked terrible. I called and spoke with 2 different people about the quality. When I described what the issue was he blamed it on my file. I asked him even if the file would have had an issue does anyone look at the quality. he then said they were all automated and no one see them or checks them. (SERIOUSLY) This is a printing company. I work for one and we watch everything. If we miss something we work it out with the customer. He told me they will not do anything to help in this issue. I then questioned him about the packagers handling the prints and asked if they look at the artwork and he said no. Basically it sounds like they have no quality control. Use them with caution. At first I was afraid I couldn't cancel it because it's automated, but he and his manager Christa got me fixed up and were able to cancel just that portion of the job. We use B2Sign several times a week and the work they do is excellent. It helps to know the intricacies of print design though. If you're not familiar with the issues you can have as a printer then you could have a bumpy ride at the start. I recommend using their chat system to assure artwork will print correctly. I have a reputable sign company. I would not ever consider using B2Sign again in the future. I used them for about a year as a vendor. They offer irresistible pricing, but I encourage you to resist with everything within you. Good prices mean nothing when their lack of customer services costs you customers. Think of it as save $30 now and lose accounts worth thousands... It's not a matter of if, it's only a matter of when. Stay away, because no matter how bad the screw up is, somehow to them it will be your fault. I experienced that scenario twice within the time that I used them... Once I thought maybe I'm unrealistic. But twice, sorry you don't deserve a third try. There is just something about ordering something and expecting that customers will receive what was ordered, or that when they have multiples of the same print that what they receive matches. B2Sign does not care what your expectations are. So if you're okay with operating that way, order away... We have purchased several things through this company in the process of doing so we have had several things that went wrong and did not work as they advertise for the purpose that they were advertised. Currently we are dealing with them on a box truck that we put signs on for a customer within 6 months the customer told me that the lamination was coming apart from the original vinyl which for the record is rated for outside durability for at least 3 years. This being the case when the customer finally got it to me and I was able to take pictures I did turn it in to be to sign as a claim was about a year. Upon sending this claim in to view via email under the exact way that they claim that we need to make a claim to them with pictures to prove our case that this is not holding up and it's obvious something that was done in the laminating process because the lamination is coming apart from The Vinyl these people decide to tell us that this is not covered under warranty which means our company has to warranty this ourselves to this company that purchased this material to be put on a box truck and they screwed up the lamination to begin with. This means that are little tiny sign shop is going to have to eat the cost of replacing a job on a box truck for someone that had nothing to do with it so I'm going to lose out my customers going to be fine because I'm going to take care of them because that's what businesses do they take care of their customers. This is not the first time B2 sign has given us problems about warranting something out if it's wrong and it has anything to do with them then never take responsibility for it you have to pull teeth and it's an act of Congress if they've screwed something up their response to us was that they only take care of stuff within 5 days of receiving the product however if they screwed up in the process of making this and the lamination is screwed up due to workmanship that has nothing to do with me or my customer and neither one of us should be punished because of it. Signs 365 is a little more expensive but you have it in 3 days flat rate shipping and they don't fight and argue when trying to fix something THEY mess up read more

I ordered a banner through B2 Signs for one of my customers, it was a large banner with a photo and large print. We sent them a file and they sent us back a proof and we approved it. We ordered with Next Day shipping because it was for Grad Night for a local high school and they needed it for Saturday (We placed the order on Thursday for delivery Friday). The shipping wasn't the problem though, it was the fact that the banner showed up COMPLETELY JACKED UP. The proof they sent us was fine, but the text on the actual banner had every letter a different size, with some of the letters cut off. I don't even know how the hell they even accomplished that. We contacted them immediately to see if we could get a replacement in time, but they couldn't do it. We managed to get another banner in time from another printer, but at more of a cost to us. When we called them back about getting a refund, we were put in contact with their claims department (bad sign). The lady we talked to had the freaking nerve to claim that our file was corrupted, and that they were doing us a favor by giving us a refund and that they wouldn't do it again. EXCEPT THE ENTIRE POINT OF A PROOF IS TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS JACKED UP BEFORE ACTUALLY PRINTING IT. If our file was corrupted, they wouldn't be able to even open it to make us our proof. So in conclusion, they can't do the most basic aspect of their job correctly, and when they make a train wreck of your order, they blame it on you. They are cheap for a reason. Refused to honor 18 month no-fade guarantee on printed flag because we are located in Arizona - even though their policy provides no such exclusions. We purchased a double-sided printed cloth flag on November 27th, 2013 because it offered an 18 month no fade guarantee. My client informed me 2 weeks ago that they were no longer able to use the flag because it had faded so badly (they hadn't used it for 2-3 months at this stage). I submitted a request to have it replaced and was told that we were outside of the warranty window (which we were not - we still had a week left until the warranty period expired). I questioned this, and their customer service rep, Robert M, then admitted that yes, we were still in the replacement window, but that now they were refusing the replacement because we are located in Arizona and the warranty only applies to cooler states. I have downloaded both the warranty language and flag care instructions from their site and there is no mention of any such restrictions. They have refused any further communications with us to settle this complaint. read more
