Doing a notary while im signing it, she walks away, then says oh you signed it i can't do anything now. I have it on video. I started recording when she treated the asian guy in front of me with this attitude. her face and disgust when he looked away. They're not helpful. Every time I come in, there are SEVERAL people working yet no one acknowledges you. I don't need a hello, but you see someone standing there waiting for help, acknowledge that you see them and that you'll be with them in a moment. The customer service in general is subpar - they won't help you out in a pinch with a piece of tape. Beyond that, they're so slow. Packages will sit there 2-3 days before going out and that's annoying. I miss the old postal place by the old Sizzler. read more

After a rather disappointing experience at The UPS Store in Walnut (see review), I found PostNet on Yelp and had a great experience. I called to confirm that a Notary was indeed at the store before driving over. When I arrived, Matthew was the lone employee and Notary. After a short wait for the customer ahead of me, he jumped into action and quickly completed the notarization of two work-related documents. The charge was $13 for each document. Very reasonable. Of course, they also offer shipping, copying/printing, and graphic design services. Excellent customer service and close to my office. I've told all of my co-workers about PostNet. I needed to have my trust notarized and then have a copy scanned for my loan officer. The Owner Lily, handled the Notary job very professionally and fast. I left the Trust with her and was surprised to receive an email with zip files for this huge document in less than 45 minutes! Not only did she send it to me, she sent it to my loan officer. But my loan officer said his company will not allow them to open zip files. I was getting ready to call Lily to figure out our next move when I received an email from her and she had broken the zip files out to small enough files to send. Above and beyond the call of duty!!! I went in to fill out some I-9 documents for my current employer, and the process was quick and easy. While I was there, I decided to print out some invitations for my daughters birthday in January. I explained what my vision was for the size of the invite, giving I had custom made envelopes. They were able to assist and print out the quantity I wanted, even when it was 30 minutes away from closing time. This business goes above and beyond for their customers, without a doubt. The people working there is nice but they charge outrageous prices for buying stamps and mailing one envelope and one returning envelope. The stamps were $1.60 and $1.20 but I paid almost $5.00 for two. I was explained because they are independent, they have to charge a fee. I wish this fee was told at the beginning instead of only after I questioned the amount. I love to support my community but paying double for this is ridiculous. read more

If you politely question them on the insane price increases, they get annoyed and become rude. There are other mail related services in Diamond Bar much cheaper and well deserving of our money. The new people there may APPEAR nice and cordial but they are NOT genuinely pleasant like Frank and his former crew. I miss the services provided by Frank and his awesome workers.
