They offer samples. We tried the strawberry, cookies and cream, rose water, and saffron pistachio. Usually, my go to for ice creams are cookies and cream, but once I tried rose water, I knew instantly that was the one I wanted to get. It was so good and delicious. At first, I was a bit hesitant because I've never had it before and trying new things can be scary, but this was fantastic. I highly recommend rose water because you cant really get that flavor anywhere else. As im typing this, I shouldve bought a pint. It's so good im still thinking about it. This is the only place outside Iran where you can experience a truly authentic Shiraz-style faloudeh. Honestly, it's hard to find this level of quality even in other cities in Iran--Shiraz has its own standard, and this shop gets it right. The ice cream is just as impressive. It's made in the classic "Sa'di" style from Shiraz, with rich texture and real flavor. They offer several varieties, but start with the original. Once you've tried that, go for the saffron or pistachio--they're excellent too. On top of that, the service is genuinely friendly. We tried the Saffron Pistachio, Rose Water Pistachio, Creamy Roasted Almond, and Banana & Creamy Walnut and every single flavor was amazing. The saffron pistachio is incredibly authentic and tastes just like traditional Persian saffron pistachio and faloodeh ice cream. After trying it once, we knew this would be our go-to ice cream spot. Best ice cream ever! I went today for my first time and had 1/2 Saffron Pistachio and 1/2 rosewater in a cone. Both were absolutely delicious. They had regular flavors too but I love unique flavors. We always get the Saffron and Pistachio ice cream because its so good. The owner has given us a sample of the other flavors and they are also delicious. Hard to decide which one to get. Their ice cream is creamy buy not too creamy and sweet like gelato. I buy Handels ice cream too. I like Babas ice cream much better!!!! We bought pints to take home and to give to a family member to try. Our family member was amazed how good it is. Ice Cream done to perfection. Excellent customer service. tried the Chocolate Browny , Coconut, Coffee. creamy and consistent. The BEST Rosewater , if you had before to compare. It is a simple ice cream but not everyone knows how to make it. I failed making it at home before. This one is very light and settle in taste, smooth and not sticky. Their Saffron /Pistachio, was also nice. Top Resturant quality. you need to develop a taste for them then you are hooked. Was in the mall and had to go back to take my family later the same day. We tried this place a couple days ago and it was delicious! We had ice cream in hazelnut, rose water, saffron pistachio flavors and they all hit the mark. The service was good - the staff (owners?) were very friendly and personable. It's located right in the mall's food court so plenty of seats available. We'll definitely come back for future visits. (One thing to note is that the hours are not listed because they follow the mall hours.) read more

On top of that, all the drinks are wayyyy too sweet, so overly sweet it's too much and the flavor of the drinks is just so sugary that it takes away from the element of its natural tea. I've tried multiple drinks and faced the same experience, maybe if there were different ways to make the drinks that involves different recipes or different amount of sweeteners that would be beneficial but even altering sugar to a lower setting doesn't help so maybe just the way the drink is made entirely may be something that could help.
