I ask to be put on disability for my job and he didn't accept it. Instead he gave me an excuse for about 2 weeks. This was because I was followed by a van with two men. These men followed me to my sisters schools and to my father's store. As well I was going through a lot and was living at my mothers house at the time of. My oldest sister was going through cancer and was later put on hospice and died 2 months before I gave birth. Dr Yeo was the one who actually found out about my sisters cancer back in 2015 which no doctor could find out the solution on what was the problem. But her my sister cancer worsen in 2021 and had a surgery and was put on hospice right after. And instead of listening to me he recommended me to go to therapy. Therefore, I quit my job and struggled to pay my bills as well. If Dr. Le really cared for his patients then he would of helped me in a better with by the very least of listening to me. I would of rather changed my OBGYN to Dr. Yeo even though he's old school. But I had too much stress to even change my doctor. Thaun Le cares more about his money than patients.

they should be ashamed to be called "care for women" because they do not care at all. after years…read moreof dealing with pain and having it be neglected and experiencing painful periods, abnormal bleeding, and symptoms of endometriosis and PCOS. i had an appointment 8/6/24 with Chun Tien Shen and she was really unprofessional. my male pcp puts her to shame. he trusted them so much to refer me so i drove the 30 minutes thinking it would be worth it. they told me they would just do a pap smear and totally ignored my answers to the questions she asked. she even asked if i had any worries/concerns and i told her...she told me that all my symptoms were NORMAL. she said my pain was normal, my bleeding was normal, my excessive body hair growth was normal. i had to practically push her to say she would refer me to get an ultrasound. i had even let them know about my nerves and the fact that it was my first time (i heard online if you advocate for yourself and explain your situation they will use a smaller, plastic speculum) the doctor just ignored me. the nurse or idk who put me in the room said "oh no you won't feel anything" and proceeded to show me the brush...which just made me feel more tense. you know since you "care" i let them know . they never said anything to me besides "mhm" and to scoot up. didn't even warn me when they were starting, was very heavy handed, and told me we were done WHILE SHE WAS STILL INSIDE ME. then she took off the gloves and walked out of the room without saying anything. their website is full of lies "Compassionate Care for Women We know how important your time is and treat your time with respect and consideration" lies lies lies. it's been over a year and i am still thinking about it. that was so traumatic. i remember feeling so much pain after but being rushed out (literally they came in the room to say "you're done" after the doctor left). i cried in the parking lot for minutes. i had pain down there for days as well. also good to know they never release any testing to their website. they called me SIX times and worried me...just for me to call and for them to say "just wanted to say everything is normal" haha. their same ultrasound and symptoms that they brushed off as normal got me a PCOS diagnosis in mexicali, mexico within 15 minutes. with a doctor that cared and was compassionate and clearly communicated. please go elsewhere if you can. horrible doctor.

During my pregnancy, all the midwives made sure I was informed and prepared throughout the pregnancy and for the delivery. They give you all the information to make informed decisions regarding your body and your baby. Once labor started I was scared and difficult to handle but everyone was so encouraging/comforting. They supported me and encouraged me how I needed in those moments. During my birthing experience I had an unforeseen and unavoidable medical complication. Julie (the midwife who helped me deliver) handled the situation so well. I felt secure knowing she was by my side and advocating for me. I was so grateful she was with us though this experience. She really helped make our messy birthing experience as perfect as humanly possible. We aren't planning on having more children but if we do, I would choose BCM again. Thank you
