I am currently 29wks, and I started my request to this office on May 12, it is now June 4th. No follow up reply from them. I sent all the documents they ask, the medical records request form and I even emailed to their office the documents I can get from my previous patient portal. Now, going to my 30 wks pregnancy, I have not established any care from this office. I have tried calling, left messages, and sent emails to follow up - still no reply. I wish they say something, tell me they can't take me, so I don't have to wait and hope from them. I am looking for an Obgyne who is affiliated with Redlands Hospital and with IEHP Direct. I live in Calimesa; I am hoping I get to go to Redlands Hospital to deliver because it is closer than Arrowhead or Saint Bernardine Hospital.

She kindly explained all of the info that I needed to know, took great care of me and my baby, gave me wonderful advice, and finally, performed a perfect c-section to my healthy baby boy that was just too stubborn to come out lol I didn't want a cesarean but we had no choice because my son was blocking the cervix with his arm and being a "money grabber" as they referred to him as. In order to avoid injuring him, we decided a c-section was the best choice. Dr. Lazar knew how nervous I was for the surgery.. I had planned on no meds and now had no choice but to have them. But after all was said and done and my son was delivered, I knew that I would definitely look for Dr. Lazar in the future for any other children I may have someday. Glad to see she's apparently still in the area for when that time comes. She was so amazing that I brought my son to visit a couple of times until she was no longer at the main hospital. Thanks to her help, I have the most handsome and genius 10 year old child one mom could ever ask for. My overachiever, scholar, and athlete. Thanks Dr. Lazar!

I've had pain in uterus for years and every time I went to the hospital they would say I have cysts but nothing to worry about, or that they just couldn't find anything. From the first phone call the office staff was extremely pleasant and squeezed me in the next day. My first visit Dr Lazar knew what was going on with my and scheduled surgery 3 weeks later. I couldn't believe that someone finally believed me. The day of surgery, she could read the anxiety on my face and Dr Lazar held my hand until I fell asleep. She assured me that she was going to make this pain go away. Today pain be gone. Thank you so much for giving me my life back. I went through years of pain and drs telling they can't find anything to Dr Shelley Lazar MD taking one good look at uterus and scheduled surgery. Thank you to you and your staff. But he was…read morereally nice and friendly and with my dad as a medical malpractice lawyer and getting to know him I trusted him 100% he stayed after his shift to make sure he delivered my baby. After baby heart dropping after many times trying to push he made the decision to not risk my baby anymore and rushed me to have a c-section and couldn't be happier! If or when I have my next baby and still living here I would love for him to deliver my second baby as well. I highly recommend him!

I must update my review on May 12 Tuesday 2026 for a few weeks. I have been suffering from chest…read morepain and pain going down my left arm since I've never smoked and I've always exercised and lived a pretty healthy life. I ignored it stupidly on that particular day I felt the pain was worse than ever and I better go to the ER here to our wonderful hospital. Mountain Community Hospital in Lake Arrowhead. I went there feeling pretty cocky and thinking this will be nothing well once again. I was there approximately 7:45 in the morning and I was just complaining about chest pain and the incredible doctor and nurses took the bull by the horn and recognized the signs and started taking x-rays and what not and I'm saying it's nothing. It's nothing. I'm feeling pain here is there but immediately they saw and recognized issues and me being the stupid person that I am I'm saying no, I have to go to Spain in three days and they were fantastic. I cannot say oh my God how wonderful they were. They took the ball by the horn like I said and they immediately took some test and they said you're going to have to go down the hill to Riverside Community and I just thought that was crazy well fast-forward that was on 12 May a week later I ended up having open-heart surgery yes and I must say they literally saved my life that was told to me several times by the doctors and the cardiologist at Riverside Community. I would've had several heart attacks in Spain or the airplane had I not been at Riverside Community and had my open heart surgery and had a ER at Mountain community done what they did they literally saved my life that entire staff between the doctors and the entire staff between the nurses the radiologist. They are five star all the way we up here on the mountain are so blessed with the entire staff and the doctors they are our angels truly are angels. We need to stop complaining about the stupid stuff and realize how blessed we are to have the staff at Mountain community. They are really the best stop complaining about the stupid little stuff because they saved my life and I bless them every day. I wake up, I was told by my neurologist at Cedar Sinai that 82% of people don't even make it to the surgery table 82% and that would've been me had it not been the staff at the ER at Mountain community. We owe them so much. They are truly my heroes. Thank you so much ER department at Mountain community God bless you.

I've had to use the MCH ER the past 8 days, being an ER visit, coming and going, calling to inquire where I can pick up my records/ xray, and I've never been met with such snotty, rude behavior by the women sitting behind the windows at the entrance of the ER. The 3 women, I've dealt with, in the past week,are extremely rude and snotty. Keep in mind, I've been coming to the ER seldomly over 30+ (thankfully). The RNs are Doctors never have been this way. Those gals need to get some customer service training. They need to take it down a notch.

When questioning my stand on not wanting to take this drug, your exact answer was: " you may get cancer later. If you don't want to take our suggestion, then you can go somewhere else. This is how we do things here." I'm sorry doc but your cocky domineering attitude won't make a patient feel safe. It repulses it. And fear mongering with cancer only works on unsuspecting victims who truly feel helpless alone. When I asked a deeper Q about not enough acid instead of common belief of too much (that is why Pepcid makes it worse by lowering it even further), you changed your story to, out of balance acid.
