I haven't seem them look down on anyone using an older or less powerful device, even though I don't think Cloud-E carries many of them. Their juice selection is much smaller than some, but it's VERY well thought out. Same with their devices/tanks/drippers. Not a huge selection, but some that are very affordable (while still being quality) and some that are definitely higher end (but worth it). They have a very nice lounge area setup, and are one of my top 3 in Des Moines for friendly employees. I would give them 5 stars, but sadly their parking kind of sucks. I know that isn't the shops fault necessarily, but still. This shop seems to support/sponsor a lot of vape comps, so if you hear they are having one, it will be PACKED, fair warning.

The selection is decent and the staff is usually polite when they're not busy. Because of the apartment complexes in the area and being right off of 86th street...they are usually busy. I've ran their pricing multiple times while I'm looking for something and their pricing is on par with Hy-Vee and Fareway unless one of the two grocery chains is running a sale. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate when it's busy...it's a small lot...and they typically have a food truck running out of their parking lot. All and all not a bad place to pop in at to check out their bottles. Every now and then you will catch them after a drop and can pick up something on the rarer side.
