I understand equipment problems happen, but customer safety and comfort should come first. Sitting in cold temperatures for over an hour isn't just uncomfortable, it's a health concern. What made this worse was the lack of response to the situation. No effort to move guests, offer refunds, or even acknowledge the issue. It felt like profit mattered more than people. I truly hope management addresses this, because no one should have to endure that kind of experience after paying for a ticket.

The place needs a good cleaning...there was a major spill when we entered and it was still on the floor when we left. Sound quality is not great and wow...the previews, commercials, and other videos go on and on...and on...forever. The place is a mess all the way around. The independent theatre downtown...Arthouse Billings...is really great. Great service, good food, top service, and very reasonable prices. Go there.

We got popcorn and snacks and filled up on water at the counter. I know the place, inside and outside needs major maintenance and fixing up. But it's still a great movie theater. I think it would be a great investment and helpful to the business if whomever owns this place put some money into it to make it nice. :)

We both have vivid and wonderful memories of drive-ins when we were kids, and we figured our children would never know the joy of watching a movie on a huge outdoor screen. I'm so thankful for the Amusement Park Drive-In, even though it's just one move per screen now. We get to share this old-fashioned family adventure with our kids, and build some wonderful memories in the process. It's AWESOME!
