Theatre 10 was unbelievably cold during our visit. The HVAC clearly wasn't working, yet guests were still allowed to sit through the movie in freezing conditions -- in the middle of winter. I understand equipment problems happen, but customer safety and comfort should come first. Sitting in cold temperatures for over an hour isn't just uncomfortable, it's a health concern. What made this worse was the lack of response to the situation. No effort to move guests, offer refunds, or even acknowledge the issue. It felt like profit mattered more than people. I truly hope management addresses this, because no one should have to endure that kind of experience after paying for a ticket. read more

There was no ice, soda was warm, popcorn tasted funny, trash was overflowing, floor was dirty, and there was a big stain on the movie screen! The movie itself (Song Sung Blue) was excellent, but I won't be going back. They obviously don't care about their customer experience. read more

Drove 2 hours from Bozeman to go to a nice theatre with reclining seats (as advertised) and it was so filthy. Owner needs to get involved because it is unacceptable. Should've listened to the reviews. They let us into the theatre without cleaning it there was trash everywhere. The concession stand was embarrassing and as someone who has worked in management, this is insane! No work ethic from these kids and the manager must be just as dirty as this joint cause I could never allow a business I manage to be presented this way. read more

First off make sure you have popcorn!! Come to the movies for showing of Moana at 3:30 with my family, it was posted that they were having problems with their popcorn machine but 30 minutes into the movie came out and I see the are making popcorn for the 4:00 show. On top of that this theater 3 was so cold that it made your fingers and toes cold, so you should turn the heat up since it is winter!! I came out to ask them to turn it up. They said that they would let them know, but nothing was done about. It would not recommend this place for movies. Really disappointed in this business. read more

I wish the staff would ask disruptive patrons to leave. I went there to take my little one to see Moana 2 on a Friday evening, and there were two teenage girls on their phones and talking loudly the whole time. They would giggle and get louder and louder and had to be hushed more than once by other moms and then myself. Finally, at one point they left the theater for a few minutes but then came back and got louder again. Eventually, I had to speak up and tell them to be quiet and get off their phones or leave. They were so disruptive. It was hard to pay attention to the movie and I felt really upset because I wanted to enjoy this experience with my child. They were not just a little bit loud and they didn't just peek once at their phones. They were constantly with their bright phone screens out looking at different things and giggling and talking openly, despite disrupting others. It seemed they got their parents to drop them off in the movie theater was a convenient place for them to hang out and catch up, despite disrupting others. read more

This theater was so gross. Trash everywhere, popcorn all over the floors, your feet stick on the floors...even in the lobby. There were ceiling tiles falling down in the theater, making me question safety. Sad to see haw poorly managed it is. read more

Well I don't know what to say about this theater other than I did not get a chance to see a movie here. I have been to other Carmike theaters and they take debit cards but no not this one. When I asked the person selling tickets I got a deer in the headlights look and was directed to the nearest ATM. I was short on patience and walked the other way wanting to leave and the ticketing person corrected me again as to where the ATM was. I smiled, nodded , waved and walked the other direction. Might be a older theater but you have good staff saw each movie I came to see prices are right and just down the street yes the other is newer but parking gets packed. Worst theatre ever. Waiting in the concessions line to buy tickets?!! In from out of town and wanting to unwind with a movie. One line slow. The other line being sped up by an extra person pulling "next" from that line. I'm in the slow line apparently. Movie starts on the hour and every customer is being asked about some rewards program, upgrading for a free soda....not getting my money today. What a rotten concept. How do i even start? I've been to many movie theatre's because I enjoy movies, but never have I ever been to a movie theatre so dirty in my entire life. There was a bird inside the movie theatre as well as bird crap on the floor. Yeah I'm being serious. The first thing i noticed as i walked in was how dirty the floor was, there was pop corn and who knows what else on there. When i went up to the concessions multiple, probably more than 6 employee's, were gathered around at the counter talking and then i knew why it was so dirty. I got my food and had to ask specifically for my 3d glasses. I went to get my drink and i kid you not the floor was so sticky it made a sticking sound and my shoes were like sticking to the floor, all with the wonderful combination of random bits of popcorn sprinkled on the dirty, nasty mat. I went to my movie and during the ads the screen went entirely blank for at least 2 minutes for no apparent reason. During this time i noticed the enormous amounts of popcorn on the floor, under the seats and in general, everywhere. It was obvious this movie had not been touched before the previous screening, let alone cleaned in any manner. At the end there was no glasses box so people were just dumping them onto the floor. This movie theatre has to be one of the most unclean public places' i have ever been too, i feel like this needs to be emphasized, take your hard earned cash and valuable time somewhere else. Whoever runs this place has no pride in their business and obviously does not care about how it looks or runs. Neither do the employee's either, but i can't blame them, why work and be paid minimum wage when you can sit around and be paid the same? It's the older AMC of the 2 in town. It doesn't have the Big D or IMAX. However, they show some of the more critically reviewed not so mainstream flicks. Some. And all the seats recline, can't say that for Shiloh. Fewer crowds too. read more

We had to wait in line for over 15 minutes just to get tickets, and it is not busy , we just had to stand in line with the concessions, I remember also another time I was here and the lights in the movie area were not turned off until 20minutes into the show I will definitely either wait until it comes on DVD or go to the Shiloh theatre next time, when I finally got to the register, the young man helping m e was very nice and polite read more

First theater i've been to in Billings but if this is the best in town we will not be going to the movies much. Ticket prices were great for matinee so we were pleased. We got in the long line for concessions(in the middle of the afternoon!) and saw the extremely high concession prices. we laughed and walked away. When we got to our seats we had to pick up half the isle worth of cups and trash. The theater obviously wasn't cleaned after the last showing. This place is a poor excuse for a movie theater. read more
