I would give zero stars if I could. Please I'm being honest right now do not bother coming here. The new staff does not know what they are doing. They are rude and unprofessional. The girls in chair 1 and 2 don't know how to do eyebrows or henna. I brought my mom here to get her eyebrows done with me. I used to come with Preeti since I didn't see her here We still ended up getting the service done. My mother has thick and full eyebrows. We asked for a clean up only but the girl on chair 2 ended up making them so thin the worst part is she left them uneven my mom kept telling her to fix it she even made them more worst to the point my mom had to tell her to STOP! She doesn't speak English so she speaks to girl on chair 1 in their language. I got my eyebrows done from chair 1 it's the worst experience I ever had. I will definitely post picture of my irritated eye. Both girls are very rough and rude!!! The owner here is really unprofessional he doesn't do anything. He hires unprofessional people with no experience. The other girl Preeti was so much better. read more

If i can give this place a 0 star i would. I got my henna tattoo and it was horrible. I had just came from a make up store and my hand was full of make up and she did not bother to clean anything up. My hand literally looks like some kid doodled on it. The piece was crooked af. Since the piece was horrible i asked her to just stop and she insisted. She was shaking while doing it too. I am not the person who like to write negative reviews about a business but this time I was really disappointed with the service I received. I used to come with Preeti every month. I would wait all my vacations to get my eyebrows done by her. A week ago I went to get my eyebrows done before college starts because I wanted them to look fresh and on fleek. I didn't see Preeti there I wasn't sure about what happened. I asked about her.. both girls looked at each other and didn't care to tell me about her. I was seated on chair 2 I believe her name is Goma she has Lon hair! She's really rough when doing eyebrows. She puts so much pressure I had tears for the very first time. She doesn't know what she is doing. She stops the service to speak to her co worker on chair 1. I wasn't happy with how my eyebrows looked plus she left cuts so THANK YOU GOMA for being so careless. They talk in their language It's really rude for them to talk about customer especially when we as customer ask for what we want. We are paying you to do the job and we expect the job to be done right. They can't even do henna right.. my friend showed a design they were charging over price plus wanted to draw on her hand with PEN!!! Seriously!!! Of course I didn't tip for the service and again both of the girls looked at me with evil eye!! Where is the owner of this business? So uneducated... I love coming here for Mickey shes super sweet and takes her time with every person she takes regardless of how busy it is. My eyebrows were so even when the other girl Preeti or Annie did it. Service is really bad here and the staff is very unprofessional. The force extra service that I didn't ask for. Came in for a clean up and ended up walking out this place with thin chola eyebrows. So upset considering I've been growing out my eyebrows for a while and when I finally decide to get them cleaned up this happens. I just wish the lady who did my eyebrows would've known the saying less is more and had asked me midway before deciding to just take my whole eyebrows off. read more

The old lady took off a whole little chunk of my brow and blamed it on me saying I came in with it already like that, which was completely not true. She kept trying to make excuses and I told her to look at how they did not match one bit. Still charged me despite her big mistake. The younger one is much nicer and gentle with clients. read more

I went in the other day and found out that Preeti no longer works here. I was really sad to find out this news. I followed her here from Downey, CA and she's always been super professional about the services she provides for her clients. I'm hesitant about letting anyone else do threading for me, but since she wasn't there and I needed my brows done, I let another lady do them for me. I didn't get her name, but I was not happy at all with how they turned out and when I told her if she could fix them for me, she gave me attitude and said they were fine even though I felt weird about them. Sadly, I don't think I will be returning to this place unless Preeti is working here. read more

Dropped into this shop for my eyebrows. I was really Hoping that I would receive a good threading without error; but sadly, I won't be returning. I understand It's always hit and miss with threading shops but unfortunately the person who did my brows messed up. I'm not blind and I wasn't mistaken... I know my brows and I know how much or how little I have and I know when they are not even. More importantly, I know when they have been severely thinned out. She shaped my left brow waaaay thinner than my right and the worst part is she didn't bother to acknowledge that she screwed up or offer to fix it. It's always the same thing when I visit a brow shop and they mess up and make you think you're going crazy. NO! I'm not crazy and I know that you messed up. Lucky for her I was in a good mood and just chalked it up to they would grow back. Unless you know one of the threaders and you know their work and you know they'll take care of you and won't screw up, I wouldn't suggest giving this business your money. read more

Disappointed with the way they did my daughters eyebrows. I asked to just clean them up and give a little shape. And not to make them to thin. The lady made them so thin. She finished one eyebrow and when she finished the second went back to the first and took off more to make them even. I will not be coming back to this place. Started coming here earlier during this year & glad I did. I was going to Ziba (which is downstairs from this salon) for years. I spent a lot more money & it would either be a hit or miss. So far I don't have any complaints here, love my eyebrows every time & the staff is very nice. read more

I visited this place for the first time ever today and was very pleased! The reason why I was so hesitant was because I had never had my eyebrows threaded so I was scared of the pain. I took my sister to get her eyebrows done yesterday since I didn't know Preeti is no longer there I wouldn't even bother to drive so far!!! The two girls that are working there didn't wanna take us in because we came in at 8:30. From my understanding they close at 9!! So after stating that, they took us in but they rushed on my sisters eyebrows.. The girl in station 2 one with the long hair was really rude and rough. She put so much pressure on my sisters eyebrows so I can only imagine she does this to other guest or she just didn't like us.! To top it off both girls wouldn't stop talking to each other to properly do there job, im pretty sure they have breaks so they can socialize.. Id really wish Preeti was still there because I would have continue to go but after this experience I will find a new place to get my brows done. read more

Preeti was really good at doing my eyebrows and I wouldn't trust any of the other girls working there they messed up my friend's eyebrows and we had to go back to Preeti so she can fix them and she did a really good job. I don't recommend going with the other girls working there. read more

I've been following Preeti from Downey and I drive all the way from Torrance just to get my eyebrows done. Ive been coming to this place for a year. I always had Preeti help me with my and my girlfriends eyebrows. We loved her work and still do!!! She was really nice and friendly. She made sure that we get what we looking for in our service. My girlfriend got henna done from her twice she loved it.. the work and art done was neat.. recently I went to get my eyebrows done she was not there but it was urgent to go so I ended up taking a risk.. the girl who helped me was really rude she rushed to do my eyebrows and put so much pressure. I felt every hair she pulled out! She was rough and unprofessional. She cut my girlfriend eyebrows short, uneven, and left cuts. She didn't even apologize for her mistake. She said "that's how your eyebrows are." then Her co worker and her spoke in their native language unfortunately I didn't understand anything even though am Indian I do have a feeling they were talking shit. the service here is not the same like it was before. I read many reviews about people complaining and read under the recommendations I feel that people are really receiving a bad service here. It's like same like before positive energy!!!!
