We made a call and they were able to schedule her in same day. We called at 9:00 am and they scheduled an appointment for 3:00 pm. I like how this location has plenty of parking spaces. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The waiting area was clean and quiet. Only 1-2 patients in the waiting area. My partner was seen within 10 mins after getting checked in by the front desk staff. The urgent care provider was knowledgeable and took their time answering all of our questions and was able to provide medications for the cough! We're happy to be a part of the UC Davis Medical network!

I have multitude of problems but he is able to correct my health issues on a continuous basis. I am at an advanced stage of my life and I am healthy and content because of Dr Eswaran's care. His staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prescriptions are written on a timely basis, and his staff sends it electronically to the pharmacy and I pick it up from the pharmacy. I have not encountered any issues picking up my prescription. I am very happy with this office and with Dr. Eswaran.

[I was the only one in the waiting room most of the time] All I got was a shoulder shrug. So I told them not to charge me for an appointment, since I fulfilled by end of the contract by being there on time and waiting an hour, and I left. I know zero about the actual medical care there, but if the desk is an indicator, I don't want to find out. Patient service used to be the basic aspect of their job... obviously not anymore... as I give a shoulder shrug. We'll stick with urgent care from now on... the service is MUCH better.

I won't go into details but I never went back until now because my doctor has referred me again. I decided to try again. I am having difficulty connecting with the department. So I decided to check Yelp. I discovered something interesting regarding the one star comments. All comments I read were responded to. That's very professional. Then as I read several one star I noticed the responses had the same wording with some variation toward the end of the one star reviews. One would think this many comments were expected, so an automatic response was set to begin the reply to these patients. I wonder how many patients followed direction to contact Kaiser privately. As first complaint stated are all patients "treated like cattle"? I can't wait to see if I get a response since only a few had suggestions other than being sorry and for the patient to send a private communication. Thank you, I hope some patients received satisfactory service and treatment and the ratings go up!

The unfortunate part about all of it is, they have little respect for your time. Staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating but at the end of the day, what good does it do when someone's already: taking time off, on their lunch, or have other obligations that need to be fulfilled? I left my last doctors office (UC Davis Clinic downtown) because it was the same reoccurring theme. I suppose I need to write a review for them as well. Hopefully the care is better than the intake. EDIT: Just got in here with Dr. Lindsay Smith. The entire visit was 10 minutes long. Since she's not my primary and just a fill-in, she wasn't very "dialed in" with anything. It was just a "rush in, rush out" visit to get onto the next patient. Intake was helpful to try and get me bumped up, but this entire visit has been a waste of an hour and a $20 copay.
