I've never had problem with the staff until today. So apparently the the patient before me asked they have not been called yet since they have been waiting for a while. And I can hear the staff about bad mouthing that pt's family even saying about small man syndrome . I can hear about everything they were talking about because they didn't even bother lowering their voices. Is when I told them That I checked in online . It took a while and then they decided to say they have to reschedule me because I checked in late when I've been waiting for 45 minutes . I have been a patient of Dr Eswaran since 1992. He is a very thorough doctor, always consulting about my past medical history. His expertise in my life is that he is a proactive doctor. I have multitude of problems but he is able to correct my health issues on a continuous basis. I am at an advanced stage of my life and I am healthy and content because of Dr Eswaran's care. His staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prescriptions are written on a timely basis, and his staff sends it electronically to the pharmacy and I pick it up from the pharmacy. I have not encountered any issues picking up my prescription. I am very happy with this office and with Dr. Eswaran. read more

Dr Eswaran is one of the finest and knowledgeable Dr's that we have been to. And we have been to MANY!!!! Both of my parents were his patients for over 20+ years. Now my brother see's Dr E every three months. As always he greets with a smile and handshake.. He is a great listener, will always without hesitation give a referral if needed. His staff is very helpful and cordial. The offices are a bit outdated, but very clean, and to us that does not matter when it comes to the service and a awesome doctor That one gets here...Your health is his main concern! I've been under Dr. Eswaran's care for over 20 yrs. He is the most knowledgeable and thorough Dr. I've ever had. He saved my life when he became concerned about a extremely small black dot on my back 5 yrs ago. Other Dr.s thought nothing of it as did I but he insisted I get it biopsied just to be sure. Turns out it was malignant melanoma and the fact that he got it early saved my life. He's constantly on top of what tests need to be done and monitors my health constantly. I never get sick or have colds and he's the reason I'm still here. read more

The worst practice I've ever dealt with--seems that Eswaran doesn't bother to consult medical history, had to ask me the basics about my condition that was clearly spelled out if he'd bothered to review before seeing me. He also requires his patients to be seen every three months, or he'll refuse to refill prescriptions, thus gets compensated for unnecessary consults while placing his patients at risk. His staff is unresponsive, unavailable, and has zero interest in making the patient experience better. Refilling prescriptions is a nightmare. Fortunately I was able to change to a different doctor and am happily putting this one aside. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Eswaran since I was 16 I am now in my 40's. His expertise, depth of knowledge and kindness has made me stay as my primary physician. His staff is friendly and it is a breeze to pick up my prescriptions. Also Dr office is located near the freeway for easy access. If you are looking for a new physician give him a try. read more

The doctor is great and seems to have a genuine concern and caring for his patients. His staff is incompetent. Two times I tried to schedule an appointment last week before I relocated to the east coast. My messages were ignored until literally hours before my flight and then they asked what I wanted refilled. I replied and they didn't respond. I reached out again via a phone call and again no response. I tried refilling a prescription through the pharmacy and it was denied saying I needed an appointment.... for Metformin... The problem is the office support. I see Dr Aquino through these offices, and really like her--I think she is top notch. But getting an appointment, getting tests and records to "hit" a patient folder, courtesy when checking in, as well as billing help seems to just fail. The office suggests using myhealthonline which I set up for me and my son. It's easy to use, but it doesn't improve response time. If you call and leave a message, you will not be phoned back. It is a matter of how much you can put up with to see your doctor. read more

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Eswaran for over twenty years. I can't imagine going to any other doctor. With my major health issues he has quickly referred me to specialists that I must say are top notch. I appreciate the fact that he has a wealth of experience and knowledge. I also appreciate that he wants to see me every three months in order to make sure that my health is doing well and that my blood work isn't targeting any health concerns. We never feel rushed during our visits. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and takes the appropriate measures in order to ensure our continued health. read more

The worst doctor ever. He rushes you through appointments, won't listen to anything you have to say, gets angry if you want to see a specialist for an opinion and is rude. By far the worst ever. On the plus side he's easy to get an appointment with because he has few patients and is quick to get you in when you arrive. But is equally quick to get you out so he can go back to his computer. Did I say he won't listen? He gives advice outside his medical education, refuses to contact you for test results and makes you make an appointment to keep the lights on I guess. Doctor Eswaran has been my doctor since 2003. He is always been very attentive and inquires about my health and family. He seems to care a lot and he also has a great sense of humor. This was almost the worst primary doctor experience I've ever had. I was with them for almost a year and couldn't wait to switch when my insurance was up (switched companies). I had to call multiple times on almost every occasion that I needed a prescription refilled because their fax NEVER works, and forget reaching someone by phone that won't ever happen you will almost always have to leave a voicemail to which someone WONT call you back. I had to pay out of pocket for an expired referral because I wasn't notified til that day before the appointment and neither me nor my insurance company could get ahold of anyone. And I got more advice on what doctors I should be referred to from my endocrinologist than my primary. They refused to give me a referral for almost a year and it took me going to the ER to finally get one. The only good thing about this office is that they have quick appointments.
