Same day and time but two totally different experiences…read more We came to purchase an outfit for my child's First Communion, we ended up purchasing the charro outfit for $235 along with small gifts for our parents and godparents priced at $15 each. Carlos was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative during our first visit. We took our time and were very happy with our purchase. When we got home, we noticed the shirt was too small, the boots were too tight, and the pants had a stitching flaw, so we returned the very next day for an exchange as we were told we could. Jorge was quick to help and truly went above and beyond. He offered alternative shirt options since the exact size wasn't in stock and brought out multiple boxes of boots until he found a size that worked for us. Unfortunately, another staff member interrupted and made the experience uncomfortable by giving excuses and making us feel like we were asking for something unreasonable, when we were only trying to exchange items that didn't fit or had a flaw. She said he wasn't even suppose to be swapping our shirts and the size we need is "custom" (they had the next size up, just the only shirt they had was dirty) so she was basically making up excuses because they didn't have what we needed in stock. At that point, I was ready to return the stuff and ask for a refund just to avoid the hassle but then we saw Jorge coming with a pile of boxes of boot sizes he found, pretty positive the ones we got were for the ivory set (which is gorgeous btw) but I'm just glad we found something that fit my son. I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate Jorge and all his efforts. Carlos and Jorge were amazing, and I really appreciate their help. I just wish the overall experience had matched the great customer service they provided. I had planned to buy a cape add-on ($65), a customizable sash ($20) and more guest figurines ($1 each wholesale), but the interaction made me want to leave quickly so I just skipped that part. We've gone multiple times for baptisms and communion and we have always been greeted and helped. the other times we were helped by ladies , once an older , and then the other times were just a variety of young ladies and all were as kind and helpful as Jorge and Carlos unfortunately I did not ask their names but my family and I have gone multiple times now . J& J is definitely my families go to store.

Said would exchange but subtract 20% back to him for restocking fee.... Said fine I can find something less than $38 got a crown for $24.99 he has the audacity to say I owe $8. What a crook. I figured I would browse to see what caught my eye for my daughter(almost 2 year old). When I walked in I was greeted by an older Asian woman. She seemed nice and asked me if I was searching for a specific color or occasion. I mentioned I was just looking to see if anything caught my attention. I have NO IDEA what vibes I gave off and how anyone could shop there comfortably, as she never left my side. As well as did not seem to like me touching the dress (I only looked at one). She was grabbing the dress from me while I tried to see the bottom of it. So I just decided to put it back on the rack the way I saw it and she said "I'll do it." I wouldn't go back because it was so uncomfortable and was not welcoming at all. The dress was also $80 for what I assume was a random brand and the quality was not suited for a baby's skin.
