During the ultrasound, our baby was very stubborn. She had both feet in her face, a hand, and at one point, the umbilical cord too. Our session was 25 minutes originally, but Amanda kept us longer to try and get a better look at our girls face. She made every effort to try and get the baby to reposition, and had me moving around, laying in different positions, eating and drinking. Unfortunately baby girl was not cooperating. Amanda offered for us to come in a week later for a complimentary session. We were so grateful for another chance to get an ultrasound. When we went back, baby's face was clear as day! As fast as they are I still felt like they took all the time needed to answer any quedtions or concerns. I didn't feel like just a number there. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brandwie and Dr. Kerr. I also saw a couple of midwives for follow up appointments and thought they were top notch as well. Second, the scheduling system and approach is nonsensical. You must call to get anything scheduled, and in order to get a real person on the line you have to possibly spend hours on the phone I suspect this is their way of reducing volume when they cannot keep up; they are assuming that some parents would just give up and miss the time window and go away. But one thing they are truly good at is billing -- those arrive right on the dot. In summary, why would you go to them: - For medical expertise? No, most of the time you don't even see a doctor. And the ones aren't anything special - For convenience? Big hospitals are not great, but at least you can call anytime and schedule online. Not like Senders. Very easy to find…read more When I got there, I was informed ed that it would an hour before she got to me because they were running behind. There was only one other person there and they were being scanned. That was my reason for not giving them 5 stars. The place is very clean and the ladies are nice. I like the open MRI because I don't like. Eing closed up in tha round machine. Since I was having the MRI on my neck, I had to be all the way in the machine. Some nice music was playing and I kept dosing off. Once started, i was only in there for about 20 minutes and then it was over. I waited maybe 5 minutes and she handed me the disc of my scans. Very good experience outside of the long wait.

Every encounter with the front desk and massage therapists left me feeling relaxed and like I got what I needed. I loved that the therapists were very knowledgeable about prenatal massages and I got a great massage/pressure. We also reached out to them for information about birth doulas, and we connected with Risa. Risa was incredibly helpful during our prenatal and labor times and as an outreach in postpartum. Being first-time parents, we had open conversations about what to expect with birth which helped us shape our preferences while knowing things could change at any time; they provided an incredible opportunity for us to ask questions and talk through concerns as we came closer to our due date; and when it came time for delivery, we knew exactly how to contact Risa and be sure of what we needed. At the hospital, having her by our side helped immensely through her vast knowledge and expertise. Risa kept us calm and ready with a positive, upbeat energy and helped navigate obstacles with our medical team as they came up and checked in with us postpartum to see how we were adjusting. We will absolutely recommend Risa to any friends looking for a doula.
