I had dysport and lip fillers done 2 weeks before I went on vacation. It looked as though I hadn't had any services done whatsoever. I called and explained that I was out of town and made an appointment for when I returned. When I went in for my appointment to have these issues addressed I was told that if I wanted anything "fixed" that I would need to pay for it. The APRN stated "I promise I don't fill the needles with water" which I found odd considering I never accused her of doing so.... So when I asked why I spent $900 and still have lines and it looks like I had nothing done, she stated they wouldn't be fixing it and I'd need to pay. End of story. I am extremely disgusted by this facility and definitely won't be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would....
