After my third session, I informed the owner that I was not seeing any noticeable results. That is when I was finally told that the laser being used only works on dark hair, not gray hair. I reminded her again that gray hair removal was the primary reason I signed up in the first place. At that point, I was told I would need an entirely different treatment package costing an additional $1,000 or more. This was not what was originally discussed or agreed upon. I requested a refund for my remaining unused services, but the owner stated she needed to speak with her attorney first. After that conversation, my emails and text messages went unanswered. I gave Robin the benefit of the doubt because I had lost a significant amount of weight/collagen and I trusted her. I would suggest simply getting a face lift and her response each time I asked was, Well Tanya, "with a face lift comes regular maintenance and you'll end up spending more." Hmmm, well I saw a plastic surgeon and was told, "she said that because she was going to loose money. Furthermore, her excuse for where she injected fillers was incorrect and she should have focused under the eyes...Robin said there was potential for blindness? I recall "amateur" in the conversation by a colleague. Furthermore, Sculptra went out years ago! The front office staff was very nice and Robin did refund me half of the bundle that Jessica strong armed me into buying, I will give them that. The saddest part of all was, when I would arrive angry and frustrated, they would laugh! Laugh at the expense of my face... that's disgusting and cruel!
