It's different for a traditional sushi/sashimi and different from a conventional ceviche you may find in Central America. I always stick with any of the nigiri and tiratado. If you want more of their traditional ceviches they have that as well. Pair the tiratado with their tostones - *chefs kiss We did venture and try the New York strip - it was fine, I didn't think the steak had enough time to rest so it's lost the sear it probably had when it got to our table. Probably will favor ordering more of the fish items again next time! Service is exceptional. The music is bumping and the interior is gorgeous and modern. Will be returning next time I'm in town!

The fried chicken and waffles were perfectly seasoned, and the waffle had a unique texture and flavor that reminded me of a combination of a traditional waffle and a soft pretzel. The cheesy potato cake was absolutely delicious. The fruit bowl was also good, but I wish they had been a little more generous with the blueberry pudding. The shrimp and grits came with large tomatoes, which may not be for everyone, and my friend felt the dish was lacking grits overall. She didn't feel like she got her money's worth. Would I go back? As former bartenders we can be a bit critical and rarely have a mojito we really like. We got a second one just to see if it was a fluke lol, but she delivered again. Consistency is important. The excellent service continued with our server Tony. He made great suggestions and helped us make sure to guide us through the menu as we aren't familiar with Peruvian cuisine. I had the Plancha Chicken and it was fantastic. My bf had lettuce wraps and the tuna ceviche which he devoured. Great food, excellent service, and kudos to the manager Darnell who checked in with us.
