They have great flavors and have more than one option for the head of the hookah. The service is 1 out of 10 for me. They do not check on their customers. the ambiance is very lackluster. Especially with two new men who both wear glasses who are there most of the time now they are very rude and I'm not sure if they are related to the owners and that's why they act like they don't care. either way they are not pleasant people. One thing I also would like to point out is that this spot will never open up when it says online. You will be waiting outside for a VERY long time until they open. If I was running this establishment I would be try my best to turn this around. Having ppl wait outside and leave because it is not open at the time it says on line is completely asinine and embarassing as a business owner. I was going to reccomend this place to a friend who does reviews on lounges and restaurants in charlotte. But that would not be favorable to this establishment.

Babylon is a hookah lounge and does not serve any alcohol. It is however, open until 4 am. So everyone comes to Babylon when clubs/bars close. For this reason, it gets PACKED after 1 am or so. Dont get me wrong, the venue in itself is pretty large. The hookahs are actually pretty good and there is usually plenty of parking here. The DJ is for the most part always good, playing top 40 hits, Hip Hop, Trap, Dembow, Bachata, Reggae, Reggaeton. People will absolutely be dancing here. Now, things to keep in mind: 1. This is not a classy venue. You are sure to run into drunken folks every weekend. It gets VERY crowded. This place is not for the "bougie" or "fancy" folks. If you're not into rowdiness, this isn't the place for you. 2. NO ALCOHOL is sold here. Just water/cold beverages. 3. Keep an open mind, this place is perfect for the group of friends who isn't ready to call it a night at 2 am. So drink the last of your drinks at whatever bar or club you're at and head to Babylon to dance all the drinks out of your system. Dress code isn't a big deal, whether you're in your sexiest club dress or jeans and a top, what matters is the vibes you bring in here.

(If you are out of town the fee is actually half off) Being a member not only gives you access to what I consider the best spot in town but it also affords you a discount to the attached smoke shop. This shop compliments the lounge and honestly, if you purchase anything of note twice in a year the membership pays for itself. Drink pricing, compared to other spots in the city is $$ tier. This isn't your undergrad level lounge and that's a positive if you are older, however, it's worth mentioning that there are weekday specials to soften the blow.
