I love this place! My son is 18 months old and I've been here around 10 times in the last year. They have a great selection of clothes, even for boys (which is rare!), as well as linens, toys, and other baby care items. Most of their stock includes standard baby company name-brand items, but I've also seen some specialty or custom items as well (band tees, luxury brands, etc.). The prices are more than fair and every time I go I end up with a huge clothes haul for under $100. I've also gotten things like a beautiful stroller and nice high chair for just $99 each. While you shop, they have a great play area for littles and are super understanding of toddlers who get a little crazy. My only suggestion would be to maybe put a baby gate or something around it, so parents could feel secure in walking away to browse (within sight of course) without trying to juggle their kids at the same time. However, I understand that some people may think this means the employees are responsible for watching their children so I can also see why they wouldn't want to do that. The staff are always amazing, and they have offered me assistance with taking large items out, leaving my car seat at the counter (when I had an infant), and use of the in-store stroller (once he got bigger) multiple times. One woman in particular (I believe she is the owner) has a very welcoming personality and I look forward to seeing her on my visits. read more

This is the account owner's granddaughter, this store was terrible, rude, ill mattered, impolite, discourteous, impertinent, insolent, impudent, audacious, crude, obscene, unpleasant, harsh, nasty, ignorant, uneducated, disgusting, distasteful, dreadful, horrible, vile, foul, harmful, toxic, and every other synonym for snotty. Starting off first is how horrible these people treat children. (For context, I don't have kids, but I was selling baby clothes there, and there was another woman and her child at the store.) This adorable little girl asked her mother to go to the bathroom, so naturally her mother assumed that the bathroom was open for costumers, so she asked the store employee (Let's call the employee Brenda) So she asked Brenda if her daughter could go to the bathroom, and instead of saying "Oh, the bathroom isn't open for costumers" she said "The bathroom key is lost." Why would you tell a blatant lie just to keep a little kid out of your bathroom. So, we were there because we made an appointment to sell 4 boxes a baby clothes, my sister spent hours sorting through them just to make a little extra cash. We brought Brenda our boxes and she made us sign a whole paper, that's when a got a bad feeling about this place, because what store makes the customers sign a contract? A bad one. So, my sister signed her life away, oops... I mean the paper and Big Brenda over here says she needs to look through the clothes. Okay I guess that's understandable, what happens next is NOT understandable. She looks through the boxes for 2 minutes MAX and says, "oH alL tHIs sTuFf iS DAtEd" and "oH, I CAn'T tAKe tHiS." Like who does that. Imagine you're a poor single mom and you want to get some cheap clothes, not caring if the stuff is outdated or not and you go to this store, but all the stuff is like 12 dollars a piece. Honestly I think Big Brenda here is too lazy to go through our boxes of nice gently used baby clothes, that were already sorted through with love and respect. *sigh* that was a lot to say, and I'm glad I got it off my chest. Let's just end it with, we sold everything on marketplace for much more money than we would've EVER made at this heck house, and it was way less work, the costumers came to us, and we didn't have to go to a diarrhea smelling used baby store. read more

Myself and my best friend bought baby breezas on Black Friday and they are brand new in box.. well neither one of them work!!! Lights come in but middle part doesn't work where formula goes.. called lady claimed they tested all of them which is impossible because you'd have to put a whole can of formula in it and full with water read more

This place is a rip off and they are so, so rude. I could not believe the way I was spoken to from the owner of this establishment. The store is way over crowded with junk, you can't even begin to walk through it, let alone get a stroller through the mess. The items are only $10 less then what you would get from Walmart brand new. Their sell back price is next to nothing. But through all that, it was their SERIOUS lack of customer service skills is what got me. Never will I send any business that way! read more

Bought "new, in box" kitchen for great granddaughter and was told they had opened box and inspected - all ok. When my son and his stepson tried to assemble they found parts broken (kitchen is wooden). They also found an "authorization to return form" in the box so someone had previously purchased and sent back. Resale shop must have purchased from that business. There also were no assembly instructions. My son printed off a set from Internet. Communicated back and forth for a while Sunday with shop trying to setup time to meet to return item to store but then they stopped replying. We took the kitchen back today and they replaced with one already assembled. If we hadn't been already heading somewhat in that direction would have been unhappy about having to drive almost 1/2 hr each way. The new kitchen is fine but a word of caution- be sure they open box for you in store and you both inspect every piece. read more

Worst customer service ever! I had a complete nursery set, bumper pads, quilt, crib skirt, window valance, pillow, matching wall shelf and hand painted canvas painting. The mother said there were stains on the blanket and there were not. She offered me $15 for the entire set. When I said no, she wanted to call her daughter and ask about a price. She couldn't get ahold of her and asked me to bring if back in a week and they could possibly do $20. She said they only sell them for $50, but as I was walking out of the store I noticed a set with the price of $125. They are liars and crooks. Will never step foot in that place again. Stay away! BTW, I took the same set to another resale shop was given $75 for it. read more

2 stars bc the rocker they sold me didn't even work! They advertised them for sale on Facebook as brand new and still in the box. I got off work a couple hours early, drove the 45 min away, picked it up, took it straight home (the box they sold it in was ripped and completely trashed - that should have been a sign), assembled it & it didn't rock. A light would flash & I could hear the motor clicking but there was no motion. I was SO upset. The reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were very nice about it and gave me a full refund, however it was a complete waste of my time/gas & I lost wages for leaving work early to get there before they closed. They should be checking their products to make sure they work BEFORE selling them. I won't be returning just because I can't trust their products. They do have a large clothes selection but honestly you can find the same stuff at Salvation Army or garage sales for way cheaper. Very nice staff, I'm very disappointed it didn't work out. read more
