She stated that if I wanted it done right I should not have had my husband bring the bags to the store. She stated that I was not a "smart consumer." I guess they don't like providing their monogramming service to men. You can clearly see on the instructions tag (in there employees writing) that my husband asked for a green that MATCHED the green on the bag. If they were unable to provide that! They could have easily stated that instead of ruining my daughters backpack. Not to mention...it shouldn't matter if a male or female comes into a store! You should always provide them with the best of service!!! Worst of all.... The lack of concern and the rude comments she made to me! I was floored! I would NEVER recommend patronizing them to anyone. They don't take pride in what they do and they know nothing about customer service. I have read other reviews online and this seems to be business as usual for them!

I feel terrible I only got one thing but I could tell there wasn't much in there I'd be able to wear for long. They definitely lean towards smaller sizes and while they're less expensive than other boutiques in the area, they're much more expensive than I'm comfortable with if I can't wear anything for more than a couple of weeks. Most of the clothing wasn't really my style, but I did get lucky with the shirt I bought!
