She stated that if I wanted it done right I should not have had my husband bring the bags to the store. She stated that I was not a "smart consumer." I guess they don't like providing their monogramming service to men. You can clearly see on the instructions tag (in there employees writing) that my husband asked for a green that MATCHED the green on the bag. If they were unable to provide that! They could have easily stated that instead of ruining my daughters backpack. Not to mention...it shouldn't matter if a male or female comes into a store! You should always provide them with the best of service!!! Worst of all.... The lack of concern and the rude comments she made to me! I was floored! I would NEVER recommend patronizing them to anyone. They don't take pride in what they do and they know nothing about customer service. I have read other reviews online and this seems to be business as usual for them!

They definitely lean towards smaller sizes and while they're less expensive than other boutiques in the area, they're much more expensive than I'm comfortable with if I can't wear anything for more than a couple of weeks. Most of the clothing wasn't really my style, but I did get lucky with the shirt I bought!

Item arrived so I contacted the shop and they told me to ship it back to them. I paid for the shipping but never received confirmation that the return process had started--this was my bad. The item made it back to the shop and when I asked for my money back, they had the audacity to call ME the scam artist and blocked me. So yes, 0/10. Save the hassle and do not shop here. I'm a very disappointed customer
