I came to Kohl's on 05/10/25 just to browse. This location seems to have been updated to look like all the other locations. I like the updates made to this store , it looks nice and more organized. The staff I encountered had smiles and asked if I needed assistance. I made a small purchase and was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had $5 in kohls cash! I was able to use them before they expires. read more

I have mixed feelings about Kohl's. Maybe when they tried to be at the same level as Walmart and Target, they could compete as a viable alternative. When they tried yo elevate themselves to something along the lines of, say, a Macy's, that is when I pretty much stopped going there on any regular basis. I think they are just a bit too expensive for what they are and the customer service is a bit weak. The selection is decent enough. All in all, Kohl's is what it is. I been coming to store a lot for returns things I been ordering from online comes damaged or broken. And I have no choice but, to return them. It has got to the point the employees they hired doing the holiday is very unprofessional. They don't understand what you are asking for them to do and have an attitude more doing the night shift . And I felt like they think everyone is stealing which they be asking you not to bring bags in the store and check your cart when you check out . I felt very uncomfortable being treated that way. Customer service is always important to me regardless if I'm shopping or dining out. I came to Kohl's just to really look, and while I'm walking around, I passed by several employees that were more concern about being task oriented than taking the time to acknowledge the customer. So one of the things I like about this location, it has literally never been crowded when I've been here. They are kind of out of the way, so I'm not sure if people don't know they are here, or just don't drive here. Anyway, I've only been here a couple times, but I've actually found some really good deals!! Also, deals were on name brand stuff that was really nice. Store itself is quite large and they do a pretty good job of keeping stuff tidy .... stuff where it belongs (some locations are super great at that). Staff were all really friendly when I did interact with them (at check out). But they make sure you are satisfied and that you found everything that you were looking for. I don't ship at Koh's often, but I would recommend this location! read more

Kohl's generally has a good selection. I shop here for my work clothes - business casual - or for jeans occasionally. They've also expanded their sports clothes section. They do not have a good selection of dress shoes, sadly. They could use more than one register open on the weekends as I've had to wait a good bit multiple times I've come in here. They do have a rewards program, which is nice, but they can be pushy about getting you to sign up for it. read more

Very disappointed in Kohl's. Customer service and managers don't care. I have shopped the Petite section for all my clothing for many years. They do not carry anymore. Instead I was told they expanded the Plus Size section to take over the petite section. So if your older or just petite like myself Kohl's is no longer carrying your size clothing. I find that discrimination against all petite women! It's wrong to remove a section that has been in stores for years and done well. To extend for larger women! Don't shop there! read more

We have been using this store since they opened. It has always been one of our favorite shopping or looking stores. Unfortunately in the past 2 years it has deteriorated in terms of product available. Each time we go in there is less to look at with prices being higher. For years we never left the store without purchasing something, but now it's getting more difficult to find something we would enjoy. It's too bad. It used to be better. read more

It has been a wild since I've went into Kohl's in trustful looking for clothes and I must say today I was extremely disappointed. The store was unkempt. There were men's clothes mixed in with the women's clothes. The dressing rooms are filled with clothes on the floor and hangers everywhere, and it was just filthy. VERY DISPLEASED with this store. I usually shop at Kohl's and this location is ALWAYS a mess. It's poorly maintained. I even asked to speak to a manager one day after the shoe department was horrific and I couldn't even get down ANY of the shoe isles and had given up. She topped it off by making excuses. As a business this is it how you handle a customer who is being very nice and informing you of how poor of shape your store is in. I was appalled of her response. From that moment on I drive the extra 20 minutes to the Inverness location for Kohl's. I live about 5 minutes from the Trussville location and recommend anyone to drive the extra distance to any other Kohl's location to avoid this store! read more

What I really like about kohl's is that their men's department is bigger than most retail stores large selection of shirts, pants, and shorts. They sell men's shoes which i like the only reason why I don't shop here is their pretty expensive read more
