I went in around three on a Thursday afternoon looking for skinny margarita mix and tequila. The store that I usually go to has been sold and I have been trying new stores. They were not busy at all and two clerks were behind the counter. Neither one of them greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything. I wondered around the store for a few minutes without being helped. I found the items on my own and went to check out. The guy that rang me up just said "is that it?" He ran my card and did ask if I wanted a sack but did not even say thank you. He did not offer a receipt so I had to ask for one. Won't be going back to this store. This is a great spot to purchase why variety of beverages. I especially love that I found one of my favorite brand of Radler beer! They also have banana bread beer that I purchased to compare to the Ethiopian banana beer I had a few years back in a Colorado restaurant. I have also purchased wine, Baileys & Kahlua. Store is extremely well organized and exceptionally clean. Staff is insanely helpful and kind. Mask protocols enforced during COVID. I love this store! read more

This place has it all in Edmond. Their selection is top shelf, on the north side of okc. The prices are wider than the Mississippi, but so good it's unreal. Plus their beer cave makes you want to stay in there for a long time because the selection is huuuuuuuuuge. Honestly they have some of the best customer service, guys are totally friendly and always ask if they can help you find something. Definitely recommend this place. read more

This is a God wine store in North Edmond. They had a huge variety of wines abs liquors. Plus they have a beer cave. I wish they had more French wines, but they aren't a specialty store abs they had several Beaujolais choices (which are MY FAVES). I'd say I'd you live around here, this works make a good neighborhood liquor store. read more

Convenient location. I live really close to this liquor store. They have a good variety, and the service is ordinary. No one helped us, but I knew what I wanted so, whatever. They sometimes carry my favorite wine Scarpetta (sparkling Rosé) so, that's a plus. The prices are competitive with other liquor stores. If you live close by it's a decent place to go. read more

Extremely comprehensive assemblege of wine, liquors and beers. I went looking for a somewhat obscure Irish Red Ale I particularly like which can be difficult to find and sure enough they had it along with English, German and many others as well. I was shocked to see the low rating here but then noticed all of the bad ones are several years old. I shop at Bacchus on a regular basis and I have never encountered anything remotely like what is described in the bad reviews here. I am always greeted as I walk in the door and staff have always been very helpful. They have a large walk-in beer cave with an overwhelming selection of beers, including a good mix of European beers like Chimay, Lindeman's and Samuel Smith Breweries. A word of caution: If you intend to browse their beer selection, dress warmly! ;) The only spirits I buy are Tequila and the occasional bottle of Crown. The selection of Tequila & whisky seem good. I'm not a wine person so can't really comment other than to say they have a lot of it. Highly recommended. Give Bacchus a try if you are in the area. Things have definately changed since the bad reviews seen here. read more

My wife and I always choose Bacchus for our beer and liquor selections unless I pick up to go beers from breweries. They have an incredible selection and an amazing walk in beer cave. They also offer a discount to those who live in our neighborhood, which is a great perk. Plus, the service and advice is always excellent! read more

Amazing place. Wide selection and they take care of everyone. Always can get what I want their even if it isn't on the shelves.

Pros: Close location and they carry my favorite wine. Cons: The guys that work in there have been so unfriendly and lazy (didn't bag up the two bottles of wine) my last few visits. Which is unfortunate because the old guys used to be so nice and helpful. I'll drive farther to another store where they appreciate the business more so. read more

After a long day of moving, I was ready for a glass of wine. I walked into Bacchus and wasn't greeted. I could hear the clerk playing a game or watching a video on his phone. I wandered around for about 5 mins. He never said hello, asked if I could be helped, or even looked up. I was so disgusted I walked out. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to finding a new liquor store close to the house. Needless to say, I won't return. read more

Beer selection was ehh...wine selection was great. I'm a beer drinker and my husband is more wine and liquor. A better beer selection would be nice, IPAs for example. The place was clean and spacious. They had most of the wines we like unfortunately were a couple bucks over priced. The cashier was unhelpful...kinda slow. read more

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this place. IF I was able to give NO stars, I would've. Possibly even a negative score. Came in after dinner to grab some beers and was not greeted. I asked the guy in the front if there was a trashcan, he RUDELY yelled "NO". When I looked at him, I noticed there was a trash can behind him. Interesting right? ANYWAYS. We looked around then asked him where a certain item was located. He stared straight and IGNORED us. The customer he was ringing up was confused on what was going on. We asked him again (giving him the doubt he couldn't hear), but SAME exact response. Stared and ignored us. As we were leaving (due to him NOT helping at ALL and being EXTREMELY rude), he proceeded to wave to us. NEVER coming back and I HOPE no one supports their business. I hope he wasn't the owner, if so, he needs to shut down the business. Did I say it was the WORSE experience I've EVER had ANYWHERE?! read more

Closest to my house so stuck in longer than I should have. Only order wine by the case. 3 times ago, lost order, had to reorder. 2 times ago, they opened and shelved my case, I happened to come in same day so all 12 bottles still on shelf. Last time (I do mean LAST) they again shelved and this time sold 2 bottles. I was never called by them that order was in on any of these 3 orders. Changed to Station Wine and Spirits, they called, I picked up and was billed $89 vs Bacchus $109. I guess I should give another star for making me save money. read more

Great selection of wines and beers, the staff is always helpful. I have one big complaint though- my husband and I go here often and on several different wines the price printed on the label on the shelf is lower than what it rings up. While the prices are still good, I have a problem with this. We tell them every time that they have the wrong price on their label and they don't seem to care and definitely haven't changed it. It just seems a little shady to me. Unfortunately it makes me not want to give them my business. read more
