And at $350+ I expect a lot more. I expressed my concerns to the owner who said for an up charge they could replace the bulbs and also spend some more time at our house (longer than 10 mins). David added us to an automatic schedule, I didn't authorize them to come out and put up lights. However, given that we enjoy them, I was hoping that they did a good job. Instead I got an up charge for replacing the bulbs and we have 15 bulbs still burnt out. Unfortunately, I would never use or recommend this company. Use at your own risk.

After agreeing to take on the project for approximately $800, I hired this company to install…read moreChristmas lights. They started the job but completed less than 10% of it, and the contractor stated that the installation was unsafe and a potential fire hazard. I was left without functional lights, and they refused to refund the $187.50 labor charge for unfinished work. This was a waste of time and money. For clarity, I did not cancel this project arbitrarily. The job was scheduled to start on Sunday, December 17, and be completed by the following Wednesday. After work began, I was told additional supplies were needed and that the installation was not safe to turn on. The project then stalled and was delayed multiple times. Less than one corner of the house was started, the lights were never functional, and I was left without Christmas lights for the holiday. Although the materials were refunded, I was still charged $187.50 for labor on an incomplete, unusable, and acknowledged unsafe installation. This was not a matter of changing the scope mid-project, but of inadequate planning before work began. I expect a refund of the $187.50 labor charge and removal of the unsafe, unfinished installation. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

We use the commercial lights and have had no issues over the years with either the installation or product. Last Spring we used their services to paint two homes and top three trees on our property, all look amazing. He'll be coming back in the Spring to clean up and replant our flower beds and trim shrubs. A hard worker and very professional.
