Full Service Electrical was excellent across the board, and I will be using them in the future for any electrical work that may come up. Peter was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He worked straight through two full days to get the job done, even coming back the second day to complete a few more items that unexpectedly came up during the first days work. I was quoted their very reasonable (for Seattle!) hourly rate for the extra work, and he was back the next day to finish everything up. He had novel solutions for my old house wiring that helped keep the job minimally invasive, and he was very respectful of our space, taking great care to clean up after himself. Review Update!!! I called regarding concerns of my power going out in my master bedroom do to Sue doing my electrical work. They told me that they let her go and that they will come out and fix the problem. The owner of the company was VERY nice and settled my problem quickly. After dealing directly with this company and seeing first hand that they actually felt bad about having a troublesome employee represent there company, I have to recant my earlier evaluation of them. We called them because they had the highest review on Angie's list and I'm surprised to see only one review on Yelp. If you need any electrical work done, I would highly recommend this team! We had a new service added and Mike and worked all day to get the job done. Mike explained what was involved, covered my entrance to protect my floors, and cleaned the area they were working in afterwards (I'm guessing my floor was cleaner after they left...lol). They were recommended to us by our realtor and I should have just stopped calling people after Mike -- they were absolutely wonderful to work with, very prompt, respectful, knowledgable, and not to mention their prices are more than reasonable. They handled our full kitchen/living/dining remodel installing 14 can lights, multiple switches (with dimmers), grounded old outlets, installed new ones, replaced our entire panel, heightened our mast, even replaced our old bathroom fan without us asking (how nice!). Everything was done quickly, they handled last minute changes beautifully, and always left the place super clean. We passed inspections with no issues whatsoever. Wow, I can't believe I didn't write a review on this sooner. Mike is very awesome. We used him twice. The first time, he fixed a screw-up on a generator outlet install that Northwest Electric and Solar did (FYI: don't use these guys. Northwest Electric and Solar screwed up an attic fan install so poorly we had about $5k in water damage). Anyway, Mike is very professional and on top of his game. I have used Full Service Electric 3 times now and Mike has always been prompt, courteous, very professional and not expensive for the time he puts in to doing a top notch job. He can trouble-shoot any electrical problem or install incandescent lights, fans, convection ovens...you name it and Mike can do it, and do it well.
