And the finding the business is one of the most hardest thing I have done in my life even one day before I have asked for directions and looked online for map and all...And yes we did drive out early for the appointment since it was snowing bad outside. It turned out when we circled around about 40mins to actually luckily stepped in a building to find this business, our session is past ~20mins. I maybe mentioned to staff like "hey how come your place is so hard to find" and I was not complaining. She was like "well, we told you our location is by a liquor store." I know it's not your fault that we are arriving late due to not finding your small business, but you are like shaking things off as quick as a blink. And it was a very, very short and rush massage, since obviously it was clearly indicated by staff it was our fault by not coming on time. If she said something like "oh we are very sorry that we are newly opened business and it's indeed needed for some direction and luck or blah blah", I'd happily end our belated session and next time I will be on time. But no, all words clearly pinpointed that was 100% due to our fault. I'd admit it it's us belated, but I would be really still happy if I was not reminded by staff. I still tipped 15% of total for like 20mins of massaging and would never look back.

We bought a bundle that included an infrared sauna and a massage. The only couple of things I grappled with were the prices and the amenities. While it was nice to relax and especially at no extra charge with the massage chairs, I wished there was... more? I wanted there to be a hot tub or mineral pool with a cold plunge, or a larger space that would allow for showers, or even larger saunas. It was all restorative, but the prices were way too high for the services we received. I would understand the price more if we were able to also rinse off or soak somewhere, but it was just the sauna and the massage. We also got massaged right after the sauna, so we were sweaty AF and had our sweat rubbed into our bodies with lotion... fine if that's your thing, but I like feeling clean! They did mention that there are more benefits to the infrared sauna if you don't shower, but oh well. I just would've preferred to dunk somewhere to rinse. Overall, it was a nice place! I was so upset and in pain after this experience that I had to have my father call in for me to help me with this situation. I have a hard time with awkward confrontation in person (which is an issue of my own I'm working on but has nothing to do with this) he then proceeded to tell you to stay on the line and that he would be adding me to the call so I could tell you how I felt. You had hung up after calling me a "scam artist" and when we proceeded to call you back you wouldn't pick up. Yes I tipped you people for physically abusing me but only because I AM a genuine good and sweet person. It was then after I got back to my hotel, crying beside myself in SO much pain with bruises everywhere barely able to lay back on my bed. I then had time to process what had happened and realized there was NO way I was going to pay to be treated that way and be literally not only physically abused but completely exposed and extremely uncomfortable while laying naked on the massage table by your therapist. And I didn't appreciate you making me feel like I had done something wrong by not "changing in the correct spot" or "using the locker" because when I arrived you were not there to greet me and tell me where to go or what to do... you and I both know that when I first called you to book my appointment I told you I wanted a Swedish massage because I wanted to relax. Not a deep tissue which you then tried to up-sell and convince me to get. I never wanted such a deep tissue massage and you knew better. And again, I don't understand why you lied saying you called me to apologize and left a voicemail when that is absolutely and positively NOT the truth. You had hung called me a scam artist and hung up and never answered the phone back. FYI, my attorney already asked me if I wanted to sue after sharing this and my pictures of proof with him.
