Wish I could give a great review of the services, but I showed up for my scheduled & confirmed massage and it was cancelled last minute! I sat alone for 10min past my appointment time and still no one was in the lobby to greet me. Finally I called their number to ask what was going on and they mentioned that the masseuse was out with an injury since earlier today (unfortunately)--the problem here was that I never received an email about the cancellation. In fact, I still have the online booking confirmation and they never cancelled it. I did notice after the fact that I had one missed call from an unknown number while I was in meetings all day (which I'm guessing is this business), but never received a voicemail, note in the lobby, text message, email, nor an automatic cancellation of my booking. There are so many ways to notify a customer of cancellation and they failed to use any of them. Overall I would warn against booking online with this place as there was zero customer service; they didn't even apologize for having me come all the way here. The only thing they tried to do when I called was to book me again and have me spend money on a different day. If you *must* book with them, I would call ahead right before your appointment to make sure they don't waste your time or scam you. Looking back I see that the positive reviews are mostly from several months or over 1 year ago about specific providers, so I would recommend visiting a different establishment in this area with better customer service. read more

Have been really ache lately and haven't been sleeping well so usually my remedy is a good massage for a rest. I'm on vacation so I resorted to yelp for recommendations and this has the most reviews. The atmosphere and customer service itself was nice, however, not worth the money in my opinion. Bought an hour Swedish massage for $90 (highly over priced for what I received) and told her the areas I'd like more focus on. She paid little attention to the areas I really wanted and needed worked out, and did a mediocre full body. Strokes weren't complete leaving tension. I usually go into a nice daze from a massage, I was wide awake the whole time. I am a muscular male and it was the end of the day but the pressure was basically a mild rub down. And she even tried to say she "gave me a deep tissue but isn't going to charge me for it." I've had many Swedish and a couple deep tissue and can say this was neither. Don't feel much different and didn't sleep well again last night. Would recommend researching other places. read more

I had a 60 minute prenatal massage with Despina. It was wonderful. She customized the amount of pressure to what I liked, and it felt great. Super relaxing. I was able to book it online the night before, and the process was very easy and straightforward. For prenatal massages there's a special pillow that has 3 cutouts: for your baby bump and your breasts. It felt so nice to be able to lie on my stomach after months of not being able to! If you don't feel comfortable on the special pregnancy pillow, then you can always lie on your side for the massage. read more

However, the massage oil used was very cold when applied to the body. It was jolting to be touched with cold oil that only warmed up once it was rubbed into the skin. I was out in Keystone for a week from Boulder, and my back locked up on me something awful. I was having spasms, I couldn't sit comfortably. Even breathing hurt. I was nervous about going to some random place off of the internet, but I had to try something. I've been seeing the same therapist in Boulder for YEARS and she is amazing, so my expectations are pretty high. I booked a last minute appt with Thomas and was not disappointed!!!! 90 minute massage and it was perfect. Thomas asked me exactly what I wanted, made his own suggestions, and we created a plan of action. Great pressure without it being painful, but he really got in there and helped to get those angry muscles to release. While I was still sore and achy (if you know back troubles, you know that one massage won't miraculously cure everything - and this massage got me feeling relief faster than I ever imagined), I could easily bend over, pull on my pants, and my range of motion was susbtantially better. Spasms were gone. I am hoping to be back in town next week, and if I am, I will ABSOLUTELY book another appt with Thomas! Thank you, Thomas! Yesterday I received a prenatal massage as a gift from my family and I can't give it high enough reviews. I especially want to thank Stephanie who was my massage therapist and took absolute amazing care of me! Stephanie is so warm, friendly, caring, and just lovely. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does and to make people feel their best selves. I don't think I have ever had a massage so I was especially nervous to have a prenatal one done! Stephanie was very respectful of my privacy and just made me feel so comfortable. For a prenatal massage the table allows you to be on your front side/stomach down, and I haven't been this comfortable since I became pregnant. The ambiance was perfect, the lighting was perfect, everything was perfect. The full massage lasted one hour. The sheets were here heated and so when Stephanie was working on my back, the sheets covered the lower half of my body and and having them heated just felt so nice. Stephanie was wonderful with her massage. I was drifting in and out of sleep because I was just so relaxed. Today my body feels better than it has felt in years it seems. I had so much tension and problem areas with lower back pain that have disappeared. You will absolutely love this place and make sure to book with Stephanie. She is wonderful! She was able to loosen up my pissy, tight muscles but also gave me the best massage I've ever had. It was a little different than most massages I've had- in a really good way.
