Trying their best to make sure that everything was good to go and that the customer was satisfied. Informed me that Wednesday is the day to save money on your oil change. That is "Ladies Day!" Even if you are a guy, if you bring a lady with you, they will still give you the discount too. Both bays are open and they keep the line moving. I think the total time was less than 30min. The techs did not fix the problem, and on top of that did not do their due diligence to make sure the problem actually was fixed. We were informed that if we were to bring it back we would be charged in full again, even though the problem was not resolved. On top of that, we were told all "fluids, etc" were checked and were "good" when in fact the transmission fluid was extremely low. Basically empty, likely causing if not contributing to the problem. These techs rush through jobs and cut corners. I would never bring another vehicle to them ever again.
