After several hours of poor responses from AAA we asked for a recommendation from the local shop that diagnosed the car. These guys come highly recommended and are reputable. They showed up when they said they would, took care in hooking up the car and made sure to get the car and my son safely to a dealer in San Antonio. They are just plain good people.

The owner answered the phone at 9pm. He told us his shop wasn't far so if the trailer was still drivable we could bring it to his lot and unhook so we could go get a room with our daughter. That was a huge help. Not to often you meet someone who will go back to his lot after already being home for the evening to let us put our trailer there. The next morning he had a tire contact who was able to come help us get the tires off the trailer and the axle chained up so we could limp it back to the dealership where everything was covered under warranty. We really appreciate his help. Without it we would of been stuck on the side of the road till the next day. So from the bottom of our heart. Thank you.

Honestly, I would have left a 5 star review if it wasn't for the way we were treated. Mandy slammed their office door after being condescending, dismissive and then threatening with video footage of behavior if any. But when this video footage is seen- we would be able to see how Mandy did in fact slam the door after saying she didn't.
