I have a huge problem with this, and unless it is addressed here, I won't be back. New ownership has clearly taken their eye off of customer service. The previous owner would have flipped her lid if something like that happened. I don't know who this kid is, and I don't know why his female friend thought it was okay for a dog to be hanging out in the waiting area, but it isn't okay. We ordered the "Pig Out" to get a taste of a variety of items on their menu and were impressed with everything included. The ribs were tender and tasty and the chopped beef was seasoned just right. They also have a good variety of sides to go with their meats; especially good was the German Slaw which scored two thumbs up in my book. I love BBQ and give Jack's an enthusiastic "YUMMY".
