I'm thinking they might want to warm the pulled pork up then put it in the sub then put it in the panini press otherwise you end up with a cold middle. The country of Cuba is not cold in the middle, nor should the sandwich named for the country. This one issue would not stop me from going back, it's just a small issue they need to work on to go from a good Cuban sandwich to a Fantastic one.
