The difference at Storie's is our server Kelli recognized the issue, and told us there was a kitchen issues after our dinner was not out after 20 minutes. Kelli told us what was happening, gave us free pie and took our drinks off our bill and asked if we wanted it to go. Our dinner was finally ready after 35 minutes, so we boxed it up and went home. Kelli apologized multiple times, and that's how service is supposed to happen. The pie was fantastic, apple and coconut cream. Fish was very good, shrimp was good, mashed potatoes and corn ok.
