I would never recommend this place to anyone. To beguin with the staff is rude, uncommunicative, and defensive. including one of the front desk clerks. If you are there with an injury you are expected to be dressed and or undressed in less than 10 seconds. I had a number of apointments that day including three at the office. 1 for massage, 1 sauna, and 1 with chyropractor. When i came from the steam room i was told that i had missed my chyropractic appointment. She set the sauna to 1 hour, instead of half an hour and did not see fit to walk down the hall to tell me my time was up. Apparently, while in the same building u are supposed to keep your own time. She was rather angry with me, when i told her she could have knocked on the door and snottily told me that there was a clock on the wall and i should learn to use it.
I cannot speak for all the masseus's in the place but i would not see Jenna. She is brutally agressive. She recommended a treatment that she knows nothing about, in my case a cleanse. Being familiar with cleanses i inquired of what type she felt was nessisary in my case and she showed no knowledge of product or what type of cleanse i needed. I have been to her for 3 massages. The first one went well the 2 after i felt more pain than i did when the injury first occured. When i complimented her about the first one she came defensive, when it was meant as a compliment.
