However, a month or so ago, I went in because I needed a vape and was already in that shopping mall. To my pleasant surprise, a young man named Abe was there and he had the very best customer service skills. It was a pleasure doing business with him! Tonight, again in the area needing a new vape, hoping that Abe would still be working there, I decided to take my business there again. Abe was not there, but a young man named Jay was there and met that same level of friendliness and customer service I had previously received with Abe. He was already out front, not hiding out back. He stood right up as I walked in, greeting me with a smile and offering friendly help. I was again quite impressed with his level of customer service, especially during this new era where really good customer service has seemed to go by the way side.
