Let's just say, they really know what they're doing! I didn't really have much of a vision for the look of my brand or packaging, but they took what little ideas I gave them and turned them into gold! liquidfish is easy to work with. They're very customer service oriented, which is important to me. When working with them, you know your satisfaction is paramount. liquidfish keeps current on trends and relevant design for your product/business. I feel like my packaging can compete with any of the big brands on the shelves. I also feel that my packaging outshines all of my competitors' packaging who sell on the same level as I do at the moment (I am not biased at all ;);)). Additionally, due to their work, I feel very proud of my "brand". You can see the work they did for me on their home page, it's Jackpot Treats for Lucky Dogs ;) I get people coming up to me all the time, who don't even own dogs (and some who do), to tell me how great my packaging looks or to ask me who did my package design. Additionally, I have even gotten emails from people I don't know asking about it. I'm proud to tell them it's liquidfish because I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone who needs competent design, branding, or web/mobile work. Today two workers were YELLING back and forth to one another about how hard they work, and how low the pay was, and various other nonsense. It was inappropriately loud and obnoxious. Hopefully there are cameras & the owner could see this going on and possibly retrain employees, remind them that customer service is important, and if they're truly not happy working, they should move on.

We had dropped off the laptop an hour before closing on a Monday and the laptop was ready for pick up the next afternoon.
