Had to wait another week till I had a day off because they where not making appointments so I had to wait for a call. Guy spent 2 hours on his phone to come up the chimey was froze up. Looked at it and yes it had ice on it but was still putting out. He put the ladder up and I had to climb up there myself to defrost it. Worked for less than 4 hours. And this was during our first really bad cold spell. Called Action Mech he came in layed on the floor and said you have just one I can see right now a crack in my heat exchager. Furance was shot! Two techs didn't get that. Asked mulitiple times to talk to the ower, no luck. Even emailed and still no call. Never use them even if you call them to change a litter box because they can't do it.

Our fault?????? They returned and fixed the issue but we're charged $75 dollars for the first 5 minute visit that was rescheduled due their issues. How is that right?????
