Now that that is out of the way...as personable, friendly, and easy to communicate with as the physicians are, the front end and telephone support staff are unhelpful, unimaginative, uncaring, and very much like to only stay in their box and stick to their script. The silence after asking if a doctor has seen something important that shouldn't be left to just an email into the ether is deafening. The way they don't even try to offer any solutions to issue, or any type of resolution is are bare minimum as it can get. If you are someone who worries about your health and needs a bit of extra assurance, DO NOT GO HERE. If you desire anything above the response you would get from a non Ai computer interface, look elsewhere. If not for the physicians, this rating would be negative stars if possible.

He needed some medication because of his chronic lower back pain that he has had for a long time now. Once before, he was prescribed a narcotic medication from them that actually helped ease the pain he has been suffering with. We were told today that they are not able to prescribe any type of medication like that to him anymore. The female doctor we saw, had kind of a smirk on her face when she told us the bad news, like she really didn't care. And okay, so it's bad news that they couldn't help us. But the fact that we had to make a $72 payment before seeing the doctor, it makes it feel like we were robbed, especially because we were maybe seen for 2 minutes at most. We had no idea that they couldn't prescribe this type of medication more than once.I feel that they should have this information displayed or atleast run by the patient for review before you make the payment. If we would have known this information beforehand, we wouldn't have handed over money that we really don't have to spend. Also they don't seem to get to know their patients very well on either side of the building. They had his medical information in the system but the service was always so rushed. Honestly I feel we would have been better off going to the emergency room instead of AspireCARE, but you know, don't have the money. We are never going to this doctor's office again!

I was riding my bicycle, lost consciousness during the ride, and crashed the bicycle as a result. I arrived at hospital unconscious with several broken bones, etc. after an ambulance ride. After getting through rehab from the injuries, I was able to get an appointment at Cardiovascular Experts. After a thorough exam including echocardiogram and heart catheterization we attributed the loss of consciousness that resulted in the bicycle crash to that valve having failed sufficiently and was now "bad enough" for corrective surgery. A TAVR was arranged for, and afterwards several weeks of cardiac rehab. Now, at nearly 80 years of age, I'm back to nearly "normal" activity, including riding the bicycle. I also see Dr. Ronnie Mohammed, and again, EXCELLENT. EVERYONE I have ever worked with there is friendly, knowledgably, DEDICATED and GENUINELY CARE! I don't have to drive 200 miles (round trip) to see a GOOD Rheumy. I drive that because I firmly believe I am seeing a WORLD CLASS Rheumy! Dr. Mohammed is also outstanding. How anyone can leave a negative review for this place defies everything I have seen and experienced in the 21+ years I have been going and PRIOR TO going, all I heard was "I don't know what to say." from EVERY SINGLE Rheumy and Dr. I had seen to that point, spending close to half of 2004 hospitalized all over the east coast. After NOT providing medical service to my child, calling the state, and not sending medical records, she is 7 months in with outpatient confirmation of: lumps all down the esophagus, esophagitis, intestine full of ulcers, most busted open, and an infection, and biopsy the lumps. Joint Commission has been notified, with the Department of Health, and the retention of med practice lawyer.
