The silence after asking if a doctor has seen something important that shouldn't be left to just an email into the ether is deafening. The way they don't even try to offer any solutions to issue, or any type of resolution is are bare minimum as it can get. If you are someone who worries about your health and needs a bit of extra assurance, DO NOT GO HERE. If you desire anything above the response you would get from a non Ai computer interface, look elsewhere. If not for the physicians, this rating would be negative stars if possible.

They admitted me of course. My bloodwork showed my Troponins were thru the roof reaching 1700+ at one point. Then 2 days later they decide to do a catherization, which I was told there were my old blockages of 60, 50, and 40% were nothing Is done unless 70% or higher. That night they discharged me telling me no other blockages were found even tho my Troponins were thru the roof meaning I had heart damage but still Dr. Hope discharged me. Not less than 12 hours at home by myself @ 5:00am I had another heart attack, rushed by ambulance to Tower Health ER. Paging Dr.Hope was there in split timing rushing me to the cath lab, well guess what 95% blockage. I could of and probably should of died. I am sorry bot with my genetics and they know my heart history extra care and vigilence should of been taken the 1st Catherization and they would of found 95% blokage, because I had to suffer thru another heart attack and another invasive procedure, which that could of killed me also I have more damage. You know it is my heart, my life. Tower Health Cardiology had all my records for years. But teaching an intern on my 1st Cath wad not to smart, because like I said I am a high risk heart patient and if extra vigilance was taken, I would not have had another heart attack or another cath going up the other groin. Second, the treatments are the most effective way to deal with traumas I have tried. You're never in any danger and are entirely comfortable during the entire session. The best way to describe the treatment is to look at your life as a film strip you watch. You will see certain events and possibly relive them, but you can process these without the anxiety and emotional response that typically come with thoughts of that incident. You can objectively look at what has happened. I want to add a caveat to this that it does help process things to get the most effective outcome. It is to take what you've experienced, your thoughts, etc., and discuss that with your therapist. Overall, as I've said, this practice is top-notch. Your nervousness or apprehension will instantly disappear when you walk in and are greeted.
