Clay, does all of the lifting and removal. Very fast and efficient. Used Tidy up's web text. So I sent a text first to Tidy up still no reply that was 3 days ago. Clay was on time as promised and gave a notice when he was on the way. Only a fraction of the cost of the competition. I'll be hiring Clay in the Spring. He's be bringing me 150 yards of dirt. His trailer can raise and spread the dirt. Saving me days of labor and hundreds of dollars on the dirt order as well. Don't go anywhere else. read more

I'll start with the good since that list is so small. Clay was really nice and communicated with us when needed. That's about where the good ends. His "helper" was useless and would waste hours doing nothing in my yard when he was there alone. He smashed windows in my yard instead of disposing of them properly. And to that point, I'm STILL finding glass shards in my yard that I have to keep cleaning up. And this makes me even more mad because I have dogs that play out back. They didn't clean up everything that they were supposed to. There's still brick in my yard that they were supposed to remove all of. There's still random bits of garbage that they were supposed to remove as well. Every day I find something else that they were supposed to get rid of but they left it. And since this review is way overdue I can't get upset that they didn't come back out to fix these issues because, like I said, I find new things each day. I didn't know they left as much as they did right when the service was done since I'm not usually in the yard. I'm pretty pissed off that I paid 2k over the original estimated price and my yard still looks like a dump. I'm allergic to the sun and many of the plants in my yard so I can't exactly go back there all the time to dig through what the previous owners left back there. (None of the junk that needed to be removed was mine. It was all from a previous owner) Overall, I wouldn't recommend going through this company unless you're watching what they do like a hawk and triple check the work they do when they're done. Like I said, I can't get mad that they didn't come back. I didn't ask them to because I didn't see it all right away and I honestly was just so upset that I didn't even want them to come back to my house. In the end, proceed with caution. read more

Clay was a great communicator and quickly finished the gross job of cleaning out an old storage unit of my recently deceased dad's. He even de-moused the unit and swept it clean- I did not even ask. When I asked him to do a second job a couple days later, he said he would be out of town but recommended a great guy who came to the rescue. Highly recommend! read more
