Seems like some of the people there are highly emotional, impatient, and don't like to answer questions because "I'm the only one here right now!" mantra keeps rearing it's ugly head. I've called for quotes and never had my calls returned, shown up in person and asked for quotes - still no quote. I think the company does nice work, but they're seriously lacking in patience and good customer service. But hey, that's pretty typical for a large majority of Corvallis businesses!

Becoming a local is no easy task but one can certainly fake it with the most recent copy of the EW. Plus, the annual restaurant awards for the "people's choice" is a real opportunity for anyone to try the city's best restaurants. The articles are well written and the entire paper is generally a good read. Granted its not as diverse or as content heavy as the Register Guard, its geared toward a local audience. An audience of which that can attain this paper for free. Out of all of the local publications in Eugene, the EW stands above them all for a good collection of content ranging from classifieds to insider articles.

Every single billing cycle I call the Statesman Journal and they say they will submit the payment request by hand. My credit card says they are not receiving any requests for payment from the Statesman Journal. This has been going on for a year. The last person I talked to at the Journal today said they can see I have called multiple times and they will "escalate the issue."
