I was given a ETA time of 8:10-8:40, I was contacted by a completely different number from same company around 9:07 and they said they had just received my claim and was dispatched out. my car did not get picked up until 9:20. i waited for four hours at that point and was not even offered a partial refund or anything for this extreme inconvenience. the woman who did reach out and explain was at least nice and understanding. i would like to add make sure everything is taken out of your car because I had a pair of beats stolen :)

But towing a classic car with no place to pull off for safety just added to the horror. By the time we could exit to a safer place the entire wheel and tire was destroyed. We were 359 miles from home. Several tow places were 48 hour wait. No problems with Car Wars. The beautiful capable folks had their truck and driver out within an hour. Josh gets a six star review. He was kind, efficient , respectful and creative. He's a trusted hero. Drove from Orange to Fort Worth and delivered our car carefully to our drive way late at night. Did I say it was not easy? Pictures tell the story. It was exactly what we needed at the time. It was beyond valuable. Price was expected as it was 350 plus miles ! They told me I could not utilize my towing benefits through AAA due to a rotation call even though they are affiliated with AAA. I have an affidavit from Newton police and the newton VFD about the event. They charged $389 for 9 miles even though I have up to 100 miles free with AAA. Once I paid they were more than happy to utilize my AAA and tow the car to the mechanic. AAA has already been great in trying to resolve this and I am in no way stating that they are an issue but they are currently still affiliated with Hatch and would consider other options.

We always referred them for jobs we couldn't get to and certainly for all heavy duty. We only had medium duty trucks. My dad died and pit stop closed. So as a family if we ever need something towed or hauled we use Elite. My son's truck was towed to Elite and I am very curious as to what's gonna happen when he wants to get his truck. My other son works for LCPD and deals with broke down cars and towing cars all the time.
