However, I heard excuse after excuse, and then finally in November, Mr. Jarnagin told me that the cost of materials was greater than expected so either I would have to pay a far greater amount than initially quoted or he would refund me. After many attempts to get my money returned and seven months later, I have not seen a penny of my deposit. I have tried to have him served for small claims court, and he has ditched those efforts. He is a thief!
