I will admit that this review is way past due as my business with them is more than several years…read moreback but after having had other "skilled" work done in my home and hearing comments or questions like "Who put those doors in?", I now feel compelled to spill the beans on just how unhappy from day one I have been having hired these people. Long story short: I order a nice set of french doors to replace old doors. They started to clean up and were ready to go, leaving me with about a 4 inch open hole at the top, the length of the door. When I said, "you don't intend to tell me this is finished, do you?" They replied something like," they only installed the doors" and that the gap was caused by the older doors being larger. WHAT? They pre-measured for the doors. I insisted they patch it. They did but they didn't return to even sand the drywall mud down and still left me to finish the job. A month of so after that, I was cleaning the glass on the outside of the doors and the light revealed some sort of "smeary" etching in the glass, as if whatever was used to seal the double glass was wiped all over the inside of the glass! The comments I received most often from others who do this kind of work in new homes, point out the obvious gap between the top of the door and the inside frame - another thing they didn't do properly. Luckily, the weatherstripping makes enough contact not to let in too much outside air. I called them several times. They did come out initially and pretended to make an adjustment, leaving it exactly the same as it was installed. Poorly. After the second call, I never received a response or call back. I was told by other door and window people that the frame would have to come off and be replaced with another so that the hinge placements could be properly made for the door to hang properly. The cost of that is the difference between what I should have paid for quality products and an expert installation - and - what I got for my lower price. I was warned not to do business with them before I accepted their bid. These people have a rep for undercutting their main competitor, Window World because they used to work for them until they thought they could do it better. They don't and paying these amateurs less should have raised the first red flag.

This crew was one of the most professional and knowledgeable crew I have dealt with in a while. They were sure to make sure everything was to the home owners liking and that things that were a possible issue were addressed before they started work. They made sure to clean up the area at the end of each day and were very polite to neighbors that came to ask what work was being done. I would highly recommend them for any of you home renovations!! They even replace lights with new ones we bought when placing the new soffit back up!!

This latest time I called them a week ago and they were prompt on calling me back to go over the issue. They set up an appointment and were out here within 24 hours fixed the problem and was gone. We have nothing but high praise for Window World and the windows that we have in our house. Would highly recommend you to look into their services when considering replacing the windows in your house. They are top notch!!

I had this company come out for a previous quote on a whole-house renovation to this property. Juan came out but forgot to submit a bid (no problem). I gave them another opportunity to work on installing siding on the house. He came out and told me they would give me a call with the bid. After some days had passed, I had to call them back to ask about the bid. He stated that he would call me back, but never did. I called again, and he requested we meet on a Saturday (required me to drive from out of town) to make sure we go over everything. We scheduled a meeting time, and I drove in the night before to meet him. The meeting time was at 10:00 AM. This time had passed, and after several calls from me, he texted me an hour later saying that he was not going to be able to meet me but would meet the next day. I replied back with a text explaining how I no longer want to use their company due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown. I did thank him for showing me this now rather than later. People really need to call out companies like this to help others from making mistakes from so-called "Professionals".
