We were in the middle of a pool build when we signed with them so the start date was up in the air. They were able to start as soon as our pool was done and got it done fast! We had a 6 foot, stockade style fence installed with one 5 foot and 2 four foot gates installed. The installer worked tirelessly to get the old fence out and the new fence installed. I am sorry to say that I hired Quality Fence company, 1241 Birmingham Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37419. I was looking for quotes when I contacted them. Tim, my salesmen, was so convincing about how long they had been in business, we all get our materials from the same company, etc. What really hooked me was when he said he won't bad mouth other companies. I thought WOW OK so where do I sign on at. That's when things went south and quick. The amount of delays was out of control. Granted, some of it was weather related, but I also heard, we have an employee "who suffers Monday morning blues". I heard we are finishing the job that we are on and you are next, more excuses than I care to remember. The day came, the fence was going in ! They worked a few hours and left at the first sprinkle of rain. By the way it only sprinkled. But not before parking their truck 15 feet into my neighbor's yard, getting stuck in the mud, spilling concrete then leaving. Holy crap, the damage was bad. I texted Tim, he is going to meet me tomorrow. I leave work early to come home and meet with him and the guys. The foreman said to me "Lady, who are you?" I told him I was the homeowner, and he said "Lady you are nuts" OHHHHH Connie keep your cool, don't fire them. Tim shows up, promises to talk to them about the neighbor's yard and all the trash being cleaned up before they leave. (They did nothing) OK 2 days later they are back, they finish the posts. Here is where my blood started to boil. They left trash, plastic bottles, paper, all kind of stuff in my yard. Well now it is the weekend so again we wait. Here they are ready to put in fence up !!! WOOT WOOT!! For the love of everything good in my life, what have I done???? I have video of them busting into my dog kennel so they could get to an outlet to charge their power tools, walking thru my rose garden to charge their CELL PHONES, looking into windows while they were on the porches, picking up my grandson's new shovel (this is under the deck) to use as a pry bar to open the wooden tail gate on the truck. When that didn't work, they decided to just use it to scoop and throw concrete and rock into my driveway. Along the side steps, they moved some crates that were there to cover this up. Oh wait look a brand new rake, lets use this to try and hide what we did, let's use their wheelbarrow to throw our scrap metal into (they had one on their truck but mine was handy) Mind you they are touching my things and grandson's things while all the Covid 19 is bad in Hamilton county right now. OMG did he just URINATE in the yard? YEP he did. None of the gates are even, The tension wire is barely connected so my dog keeps getting out, my husband and son will have to go tighten every screw because even though they charged their spare batteries, clearly they didn't use them! I texted Tim all of this, I was in touch with him every step of the install, mostly due to the delays. I was promised "Please don't worry, we will make everything right". Not even close, Their answer was 10% off the bill. A discount of $336.00. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy !!! read more

We had Quality Fence replace chainlink fencing that had been ruined by the April 2020 tornado. They did a great job replacing parts of the fence, as well as installing a new gate and a new section of fence. The first gates they installed were too small but they took care of the issue and had the right size gates installed in two days. We are very please with their work and would recommend them. In fact, we are so pleased, we are having them replace other fencing we recently found that also was destroyed by the tornado. read more

Use a different company, not this one. We hired them to extend an existing fence to enclose more of our yard and there were problems from the start. I could list them all but I will just hit the main points here. When we agreed to start this project we were told it would be 5 weeks to completion. The date they were finished, was 15 weeks from when we hired them. They kept coming up will all sorts of reasons for the delay but regardless, an additional 10 weeks is way beyond any normal delays. Also, after they said they were done the first time, we had to call numerous times to have the fencing and gate installed properly. That should have been done right the first time, or even second, but not after multiple calls and visits. We got the feeling that this company did not care about our job and just did a half-ass job to get it done to move on to the next job. I assume they hoped we would not notice or complain about the poor work. The final product had some issues that we will have a different company come fix because we are tired of having this company come out to "fix" things. We were not looking for perfection, but we did expect a professional installation since we hired a professional fence installer. Then there are the installers, they did not care about our yard. They left trash and metal pieces of wire all over the yard. They splashed concrete on our brick wall that won't come off. And they also kept parking their work truck in the grass and dug a pit in the grass by driving and getting stuck. I had to repair these areas multiple times. Even after telling them to stop driving on the grass. I highly recommend you use a different company. read more
