"Manager" says "her Boss" will not okay a pool closure until 2:00 pm. Seriously? We have to wait over an hour and a half in our cars for a rain check? Very poor customer service. This is a municipal pool. Great service to our taxpayers. This pool is marginally okay. Hygiene is iffy. The sad thing is we were reprimanded by staff instead of them hearing our side of it. 5 families left 2 weeks ago because of this certain group of kids and four families left this week. My son and I will not spend another dime at this establishment and will take our money elsewhere. This is not tolerable. The food takes about 45-60 minutes plus about a 10 minute wait to even order. If you buy the pass with meal it doesn't make the waiting faster. The water slides close about 5-25 minutes early with no warning, they'll just let you wait and then once you get to the top they'll tell you start heading down. And on top of that the wave pool and the lazy river are filthy. I think this was officially my last visit here. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

They came out when they said they would. They replaced the pool liner & got my pool open within a couple days. I was so happy with the honesty and quickness that they were to get pool open for the season. They were fair with their quote. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Very happy with the services.
