We were…read moresupposed to pick up a truck my dad left in storage and after being dropped off by uber in an unfamiliar town with all our luggage, we discovered that not only would the truck not start, but it was a public holiday we knew nothing about. That didn't stop this amazing man from coming right out and helping us. When the truck wouldn't take a jump start he took the batteries to get us new ones. He also checked to make sure all the fluids were good and even helped me to move the motorcycle my brother had left in the way of the caravan we were supposed to be picking up. He gave my thirsty kids some water and powerade and genuinely seemed to care that we were well taken care of. It gives me peace of mind to know that a mechanic gave the truck a once over and said, "It looks pretty good." And I don't know how i could've possibly moved that motorcycle by myself.
