My long-term project is to have women tattoo artists visually gift my life story in Polynesian and Filipino tribal styles across the entire right side of my body. While I also proudly wear tattoos by male artists on the other side--chosen just as intentionally--I want this side to honor women artists who truly understand and respect tribal symbolism.
